Great location

The Hilton is in a fab location minutes walk away from the centre of town. About 20 mins to the Titanic exhibition. Very clean and welcoming staff, room was great with tea making facilities.

easy access to city centre and Titanic exhibition.

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: Convenience
Location: Titanic exhibition is very good. Shopping centres ok (much like any other). Try Muriel's for a bohemian eating experience (Great Whiskey Sour)
We stayed for two nights and found this hotel convenient for the airport (10 min taxi ride away), Titanic exhibition (20 mins walk) and City shopping areas (5 mins walk)

toilet not working

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: View, Charlie
Cons: Good customer service, but if there is such a thing as over-attentiveness, your hotel has it. In the executive lounge the helpers were vultures
Location: A shuttle to common spots ( titanic, pubs, airport) would be nice.
Toilet didn't work, we were upgraded. We told the staff, they unclogged but didn't fix. We complained a second time and received a new room.

Good views and close to town centre

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: The entrance and how welcoming the staff were. I liked the appearance and the easy location.
Location: Close to the rail station and walking distance to the bus terminus. Ideal for shopping and visiting the Titanic Quarter
This was my first time in Belfast and to be able to stay at this hotel made my visit.

Nice Hotel shame about the noise

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Customer service....when we complained about the noise on check out staff were not really interested in listening... I suppose it is all they hear !
Location: Good location very close to city centre
Stayed one night as gift for Xmas....room 708 was spacious and clean and very close to city centre. Unfortunately it was also looking over construction site at next door Waterfront Hall which started drilling and hammering from 7.30am !! Bed was not great as mattress was placed on a wooden board which screeched every time you moved.
