Terrible ExperiencePosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The front desk girl was really nice.
Cons: Everything. Tear it down and rebuild.
Location: There are plenty of other options near by. We went up the street to a better hotel.
Hotel is old and incredibly creepy. A/C did not work. They switched us rooms, and and the A/C did not work in that one either. Light would flicker and the entire place just a negative feeling. The rooms were hot. Felt like hell. We were not there for more than an hour before leaving for a better option. The hotel refused us a refund. I will never stay at an 8 again. Even 6 is a better option than that. In the future, if I have to choose between a store parking lot and an 8, I will choose store parking lot everytime.

Worst hotel we've seen.Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: The pool is indoor. Not heated, but at least out of the sun.
Cons: Maintenance/remodeling. Do some.
We pass thru Boise periodically. We normally stay at Inn America...great place for the money, but decided to try Super 8 and save a few $. What a mistake. The facilities are obviously way outdated like 20 years outdated. Tiny, cramped room. Bathroom floor peeling, etc. It was so bad that we even gave up the prepaid room we had booked for the return drive and ate the loss.

This hotel provided excellent customer service! However the hotel is filthy! Extremely out dated.

Low-End Super 8Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: The location was safe and good for getting my business done.
Cons: This hotel needs a lot of renovation, and they need to have a public computer (like all the other Super 8 hotels where I have stayed).
Location: Plenty of places to eat, and safe area. Short drive to downtown Boise.
This hotel really needs work. Its staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms and common areas look a little ragged, and I was disappointed that they did not have a public computer or a pool, like most other Super 8 hotels where I stay regularly.

Minimal motel. Lots of smoking rooms and smokers outside doors. convenient to freeway and airport. Minimal breakfast. It works for an inexpensive place to sleep while in town for something other than motel/hotel vacation.

Good place to stop.Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: Close to the Freeway
Cons: Updating, but not necessary.
Location: Very close to the freeway and other things needed.
The Ritz it wasn't, but the sheets were clean, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked. The shower worked. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. Good value.

The staff is the best.Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: Great value, one of the cheapest in the area. Free breakfast. Fast and free internet access.
Cons: Old facilities.
Location: 10% discount on restaurants across the street when you stay there.
We enjoyed our stay there. It was easy to book, we got a good deal on the room. Very clean. Old facilities though but great value. Great breakfast, friendly staff. 100% recommended if you are looking to save some money.
