Wouldn't Stay Again

Pros: Free WI-FI.
Cons: Most everything.
We were picked up at the airport -- a new shuttle bus was desperately needed. Driver was nice. The check-in desk at the hotel was on the second floor and there was no elevator or anyone to help with the bags. Reception was nice in offering suggestions for food delivery. Found out that the toilet didn't work. Wouldn't flush correctly and started to overflow. Told Front Desk about the problem and they send someone with a plunger. That didn't fix the problem. Every time we needed to use the bathroom during the rest of the stay, we had to go to the front office and use theirs. On check-out, I asked if we could be compensated for our discomfort. Since my hotel stay was prepaid with Expedia and they don't have access to that itinerary/reservation, they didn't think it would be possible. But they would check with Expedia to see if a credit could be given. We'll see. Old hotel in a bad part of town, further from the airport than I would have liked, didn't feel comfortable staying there as there were loud, angry voices all through the night.

Super hot room window facing highway

Wanted to cancel the room as expedia says its free cancellation, but was told i would be charged regardless if i didnt cancel earlier than 24hrs befire checkin. Was given a semibasement, terriblr room. Room super hot, heating unadjustable. Had to open the window which faces highway with heavy truck passing by every minute. Barely slept any.

Not what I expected

Cons: 2 Shuttles
Limited to 1 shuttle so only goes to airport once / hour in the early morning. Our flight was for 6:AM, so was looking for 4:30 shuttle, but had to take the 4:am once which made for a early start to the day. Only think I liked about this stay was that the shuttle would take you and pick you up at local restaurants, but with only one shuttle, if you called for pick up and the shuttle has already left to pick someone up at the airport, you end up waiting about 20 to 30 min. Need a second shuttle.

A fine place to lay your head...

Pros: Low cost for no frills, yet high quality service.
Cons: For what I needed, not a thing.
Location: Revere, Massachusetts - short shuttle drive to/from Logan Airport. To be honest, all I did was sleep so I can't comment on anything to do nearby.
My need was simple: some place to sleep for about 4 hours between a late night and an early morning flight out of Logan. This hotel met my need COMPLETELY and the room rate was far lower than anything on the airport property. The front desk was staffed when I arrived at nearly midnight and the clerk was extremely helpful. The room was clean and spacious, the TV (which I never turned on) was flatscreen and modern, the bathroom was huge. Complimentary Internet access allowed me to print my boarding pass, and the shuttle picked me up at 4:30 a.m. and dropped me off at Logan at 4:40 a.m. What more could I ask for? Great experience.

the hotel is kinda remote but the king size bed is really comfortable EXCEPT the cleaning is not good, I found hairs on my pillow and blankets...

Cons: everything
Location: typical working class neighborhood, not tourist friendly
checked in at 2am on a tuesday morning and were given room 104, which should be avoided at all costs since it is right below the front desk, and you can hear every footstep and conversation going on above--no kidding. after an hour my spouse and I complained and were given a quieter room on the third floor, but that room was worn with dirty surfaces, and was still slightly noisey with footsteps and slamming doors. this is the type of hotel where airlines put up guests for free when they are bumped from flights at nearby Logan airport. even in boston, there are better places for the money.
