Had to wait for hotel shuttle to take you to the MTA station. Other than that it was an ok experience

Airport shuttle made this hotel worth the price. As long as we were inside it was very nice but surrounding area was not. Walking to get food was not an option, rough neighborhood.

The staff were courteous and helpful. However, we had to stick our hand in the toilet tank to put the flapper down every time we flushed. One of my pillows fell on the floor. When I picked it up it was covered in a lot hair that was obviously not mine. The elevator was so slow and old. Carpets were old and not clean. Very old and unclean bed spreads, duvet had holes, rough looking people always at the front entrance smoking and would never move every time we were trying to come in or out or load up in a taxi, etc. Bad area of town. I will not stay there again.

Pros: Close to Boston
Cons: Everything was perfect besides that one front desk staff member who was just miserable with us... WiFi was slow at times.
Location: Floramo's right next door was delicious!
Everything was great about this hotel. Gave the hotel staff only a 2 simply because of one front desk staff member when we arrived. She was not welcoming at all, gave us absolutely no info on how to get to our room and we truly felt like we were a bother when we arrived. We were lucky she only worked when we arrived. ALL of the other staff members including the restaurant staff and shuttle drivers went above and beyond helping us when needed, polite and welcoming.

Pros: Comfortable beds, large room, easy access to Boston.
Stayed 5 days, shuttle to and from airport a plus but should give priority to airport passengers ahead of sightseers being dropped at train station. Some travelers to airport had to wait for next shuttle due to people just coming out of hotel and jumped onto the shuttle with no regard for people who were already ahead of them. They were not on a time schedule as they were only tourists going sightseeing and transport to subway station. Hotel needs some type of order on this.

I was skeptical due to the great price. Boston hotels are expensive and this one was reasonable. The area is just ok, but being across the street from a dunkin donuts made up for it. the hotel was quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. Free shuttle to Logan between 4 am and midnight. I would definitely stay here again!

Great staff, overall everything seemed to be great at the hotel itself. Outside the city so not friendly if you do not have a car, not sure about the neighborhood, seemed industrial and not family/kids friendly.

Transport vers Boston pas facile

Location: L'hôtel est très mal situé pour l'accès au train ou subway. L'hôtel offre un service de navette mais il faut téléphoner et attendre à chaque fois
Qualité chambre correct mais personnel peu souriant, déjeuner très cher et très décevant. Emplacement de l'hôtel très mauvais par rapport au transport en commun. L'hôtel offre un service de navette pour le centre ville et l'aéroport mais les délais sont parfois assez longs.
