Ok, not too good, but not bad either

Stay was comfortable. staff was nice. Breakfast was 10 euros per person but did not had many options. Its better to go out and eat. Hotel was far from the city centre but good thing was that there was a metro station at 3 min walk from hotel which takes you directly to city centre, Overall i would rate it 7 out of 10.

Cons: Towel rails in bathroom
Location: Handy for railway
Good location as near to railway into city. Good value as Brussels is expensive. Ideal if you just want a base.

Beautiful, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Just not near much. If you don't mind taking the train, the free parking makes up for a bit of a ride into the city!

20 minutes by metro to gare centrale, room and hotel and breakfast are just fine, if you're looking to save a few bucks, this is just peachy. wireless internet in room did not work, but a workstation was always available downstairs, even had a printer attached (free).

Good hotel for the price. Wish they had made an effort with the breakfast. On Saturday morning there was hardly anything out - even coffee. I made do with the last piece of toast and two slices of cheese.

Pros: the friendliness of the staff and the food wasn't too bad either.
Cons: Machine dispensed coffee for breakfast
Location: a long way from the centre of Brussels
A very pleasant experience and received good service all round. We are both in our 70's and found the hotel had easy access to the metro system and getting around Brussels.

So glad i got this at discounted price due to hotel.com rewards,as that is more what its worth,seeing the full rate on back of hotel room door was a shock! First off they have a parking problem,there was no spaces,and because of the area there wasn't anywhere else to park,i had to wait for a worker to leave at nearly midnight to get a space. The to corridar to rooms,think small and enclosed and doors ever few steps.The room was small basic and very clean,much like you'd expect in a budget chain like travelodge,except the full prices here are more than 3 times the price. Brealfast was very basic,and not much there french stick,ham,and two types of cheese,had better but then also had worse a few times whilst travelling. I also found the hotel had alot of noise during the night from guests,and then was awoke at just after 8am by cleaner wanting to clean room,i mean i was only staying one night so as i hadn't checked out why disturb me?! There was a metro outside the hotel,and bus stop,but as had car didnt use these. All in all i travel to Belgium lots but wont be staying here again,not my cup of tea!

Pros: parking and security
Cons: Staff need to make an effort to put on a smile when receiving guests and polite when assisting guests with information.
Location: Great. Quiet location for any one who needs some peace of mind and meditation
The third floor rooms are a bit small. Not enough space and looks tight.
