Hotel has an interesting minimalist style which might not be to everyone's taste! It is easy to drive to or reach on the tram, clean, comfortable and warm. Our room was large and the bed really good. Lovely views of the city too and a good continental breakfast included.

We had the huge king room and so so worth it as a huge room and massive balcony over looking this beautiful city. In the best location and a really fantastic man who gave us the best possible ideas of things to do while in his city, he was so helpful. Went with 2 children and everyone was so helpful. Totally recomend it to anyone.

To put small fridge in the room you can increase the fee

The hotel is in a lovely, central location offering easy access to main arterial routes. The rooms are basic but very comfortable but could do with a bit of TLC. Public areas are functional and there are a number of mac computers available for free Internet access. Breakfast is continental style with no shortage of food. Service was friendly and professional. I will stay there again.

The former white hotel offers spacious rooms in a nice location (Louise, Flagey, Chatelain) and the service was great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the only remark that I have is that the rooms could benefit from a make-over paint job.

I used this hotel a lot when it was the White Hotel and I was interested to see whether the new management would change the experience. The hotel still has big wonderful rooms and feels far more unique than a lot of mid-range business hotels (think different artwork in the rooms and free Belgian chocolate). However, I think in some areas the cheaper prices have led a less good experience. For example, the breakfast is significantly less extensive. But overall this is a good place to stay with lots of shops and restaurants close by.
