Corpus Christi bayfront hotel

Hotel smells very damp dusty and old, rooms did not look clean much less sanitized, dead roaches in ever corner,out dated curtains,there was no comforter on beds just sheets and a thin blanket,bathrooms need a serious update, was scared to walk barefoot on very old dirty carpet was very disappointed want go there again :(

Disappointed with no space in the bathroom to set your personal toiletries. The mattress & pilliws were so uncomfortable! When we arrived it was hard to understand the cashier that we finally saw. Since it had been raining, there were pot holes in the garage with so much water no drainage.

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything else.
Location: Near the shore.
This place was a nightmare. The woman at check-in was chomping on gum and acting like she'd rather be anywhere else. There was an extra charge for parking but the garage was an absolute disaster. Our room had only one overhead light and one of the two bulbs was out. I called down 3x to have it replaced but it was never changed. We also had the options of no natural light or letting the city see into our room as there were no sheers. The bathroom had no washclothes and only two small, incredibly rough bath towels. There was a charge for extra towels. I found a hair in the sheets and there were questionable stains covering the carpet. Also, I think we were missing furniture as there was a large empty section of the room. The room charge was nonrefundable so we stuck it out but, lawd, never again.

Pros: The old feel and that it has a bar connected
Cons: everything especially staff and change the cleaning crew to adults not kids that yell from the top of there lungs for towels when people are trying to
Location: go fishing the beach, museums, souvenir shops, restaurant's a nice walk on the T heads
Well 1st of all it was my wededing weekend and I asked if the wedding party could be on the same floor and they said no because I didn't block rooms 2 weeks before, well I was okay with that until I noticed there were 2 rooms that were left uncleaned on that floor and when I knew that there were 2 check outs on that floor and that made 4 rooms available we were still told no.so some were on the 4th floor and some on the 6th floor.. Also the girl at the Coffee bar was awesome I think she was great, but for the other 2 that were there and saw that she had a long line ( a manager at that) turned and looked at her line and just walked out never asked if she needed help or anything that was so wrong so needless to say I waited to check in on Saturday for 45 minutes when I was suppose to be at the restaurant for our wedding dinner... I was like wow. Oh so a guy went to the main counter to ask the manager if she was going to open and she said no only to help this guest and it was a man that was so upset cause his room was left uncleaned.... so then after she helped him she got her stuff and left.... the hotel staff other than the coffee people suck and are rude........we have given them so many chances even t his time having about 20 rooms booked by friends and family...

To sum it up: at check-in I was instructed to hold the loose broken metal plate on the door lock before sliding my key in to make sure it worked. I was told to call down to the front office if I needed an iron, I tried but the phone had no dial tone. The TV remote was missing. The bathroom door was filthy dirty. My 10 year old said his back hurt because the mattress was so uncomfortable. A small tiny roach fell off the tongs when I picked it up to grab a bagel. When we asked for butter, the attendant said that butter was not served on Monday through Friday. Goodness. I hate to say it, but it seemed like a practical joke was being played on us. Lol!!

Cons: Desk Clerk we pay them and they should not forget it !!!!!!!!!!!
booked for Friday night and Saturday night ! Left the room around 9am Saturday morning and returned around 5pm , the room had not be cleaned , the phone did not work to call desk , walked down to tell them , they said they couldn't do anything about that so I ask for towels ? 2 hours later I get towels . just wanted to get what I paid for and did not !!!!!!! And they did not care !!

Nice hotel

Pros: Bed were comfortable and room air conditioner was cool.
Cons: There was a roach in the breakfast pastries and a few in the shower of my room.
Location: Museum, beach, boating.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was not an iron in our room. a few roaches in the shower. Also, at the breakfast table, was a roach in the breakfast pastries.

Uninhabitable!!!

No running water.....paid on credit card that was booked through expedia. I had to go another hotel for lodging. I expect a full reimbursement from expedia or I won't use your company again. Please have a rep credit me back. Hotel wouldnt refund my money. They said expedia would have to take care of this matter. Please contact me by phone to resolve this matter.
