“The location is great! The hotel is historic and has a beautiful lobby. The only thing is that there is no super market in that area if you want buy some fruit or dairy stuff you’ll need to take a Uber.The restaurant is just fine .”

If you get the breakfast option and pay for it read the very tiny fine print and ask to confirm the information before ordering. Staff don’t know the rules you have to speak with a manager of else you’ll be charge upwards of $100 on extra fees. Don’t expect customer service prior to check in or even after check in if you book through Expedia, you will hear the excuse “you booked through……

“It would be better to specify (preferable in written) and inform the guest about the US$25 per day mandatory charge for hotel expenditure. Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.”
