After a little mix up the manager made it all right . Would stay there again

The room was newly redone which was nice. The layout was nice also. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job especially in the rooms.

We had a first floor room #108..which was right off of the parking lot and beside the vending machine room. I don't recommend this room it was very noisy. Hotel was overly crowded...at times 30 people in the pool...not safe at all. The power went out for over 2 hrs... we had to sit in pitch black. The tv's really need to be updated....cable channels were very limited. People not staying at the hotel were coming from the beach to use the pool and amenities and the vending machines were empty. This hotel needs more security put in place to prevent outsiders from using the hotel facilities. It made it very unsettling for the guests who paid to stay at the hotel. With people freely coming and going.... we didn't feel safe/or relaxed. We will not be staying here again unless changes are put in place to make paying guests feel more secure.

For the price this is at best a super 8 if not a road side motel. Very disappointed in the quality and environment. Several rooms had many more guests than allowed. One room had over 10 people living in it.

did not feel that services were offered as needed, computer not working, no umbrella rental , no coffee pots in room, no lids for coffee that could only be gotten in the hotel lobby, need to offer a free breakfast due to not all rooms have a kitchen

we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this week. I was impressed with how clean and functional the hotel was. Yes, the hotel building and the grounds are a little older than the normal hotels, but still for the money it is a great buy and very convenient right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again because it was both affordable and clean. Nothing fancy, just adequate lodging on the oceanfront.

The hotel itself wasn't the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. However, the staff was VERY friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions. I would still recommend it however because the price is good and the beach is not packed like the hotels closer to the boardwalk. Great place for families!

It took us over 55 minutes to check in and get a room. The front desk personal Kaitlyn was rude and was not concern about the need for us to get a room, as soon as possible. We were going to a wedding and when I told Kaitlyn that we needed to be at a wedding in 1 hour she did not seem concern. While I was waiting to get a room the other staff personal was giving room to people that were not register. I finally got upset and Kaitlyn told me her shift end and she was checking out. She did not tell the other personal our situation, the other personal finally got us a room. I owned many business and Kaitlyn has no business still being employed.

First of all it is billed as a non smoking motel and people were smoking everywhere and they did nothing about it. It was very noisey at night and the sheets didn't fit the beds.
