“Great communication from the beginning. The house was more than we expected and was super cute! We fell in love with the area and felt very safe and was able to relax. We are in our late 40's and early 50's and this was perfect for us. I adored the bed! It was the highlight of our trip (I am not kidding)! Everything was super clean, very nice and current decor and appliances, and the pool area is gorgeous. We only was able to use it once but that is because we had so many things planned. I would……

“Very nice. Small but perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown. Easy to find. Had everything we needed. A/C was cold. Had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Communication was great. Extremely clean. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely beautiful home and setting. Peaceful and secluded. The lake at sunrise and the horses and cows on the property were icing on the cake. We were sorry to only be able to stay 2 nights for this trip. We will be back for a longer stay!”

“We stayed 4 nights. Hosts responded quickly and were so friendly. We walked daily around the neighborhood, along the lake trails, and through Rollins College. We could have walked to lots of shopping and lots of restaurants if it wasn’t Florida hot and we’d melt! It’s about 30 minutes to the Disney parks and the local museums are very close. Loved the house and would stay again.”

“Nice place still needs finishing up the building. 1. closet no flooring bare concrete. 2 . Rusty shower rods and tub spout falling off. 3. microwave was very small portable unit. 4. No nightlights inside 5. Pillows would flatten down to fast needs to be upgraded”

“Cottage was superclean, with very comfortable bedding (outdid any hotel bed we’ve slept on) and outstanding yard for playing with the dog. Charming riverside neighborhood is great for morning walks!”

“Perfect location for us while we attended a wedding at a nearby venue. The house was clean, well-stocked, and bigger than we had anticipated. The backyard was huge and a great place the our 2 young children to run around and play.”

“This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!”

“Very close to a shopping mall and if you need Asian food there is a superstore nearby for that. Thoight breakfast is free but it is not.”
