Good for an extended stay.Posted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: Had everything that I needed for an extended stay.
Cons: Good place for the price.
Location: It's not walking distance to shopping, but it's nicely located a mile from everything with great mountain views. Right next to Deer Creek Canyon.
I needed a place to stay for 2 weeks with a kitchen. They provide everything that you need from fridge to stove and microwave. They also have a laundry room and exercise room. I had my bike with me and took a ride up Deer Creek Canyon. They charged a 1 time fee for my dog and not pet rent which was nice. It's not fancy, but comfortable. Good for the price you pay.

Horrible ExperiencePosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was very disappointed that selecting a Marriott property turned out to be such a bad choice. The room was dirty and very small (after selecting 2 adults and 2 children); we had to request new sheets that weren't stained; walls were paper thin - I could hear my neighbor sneeze! The pool was very disappointing and it was listed as a pet friendly hotel, then we were charged for our dog without being told (no dog damage, just a pet charge that was not communicated). I will be avoiding Marriott properties altogether as I don't appreciate paying such high prices for a very bad product!

Dog friendly place to stay in Metro DenverPosted Jul 7, 2013
Pros: Pet friendly
Had to find a place to stay while we were in Denver that would accomdate two large dogs. This hotel was very accommodating. Nice open area to walk the dogs. Comfortable room and great breakfast meant that we extended our stay another night.

Decent hotel for what it isPosted Jul 2, 2013
Pros: Great views and a very nice location.
Cons: Maintenance could be better
This hotel was decent for the extended stay traveler. The only issues that I had was with the drains in the bathroom draining really slow.

Out in the boonies and kind of old.Posted Jun 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
In a way I liked that it back up the the mountains right there on the outskirts of hwy 470.. If I was there to hike around. But I thought I was booking in Littleton and that there would be restaurants within walking distance. The hallways were dark and dingy and the breakfast was a bit pitiful. Not a typical marriott in my opinion. Too much $$ for the stay. Front desk guy could've been friendlier.

Towneplace Suites by Marriott Denver SouthwestPosted May 29, 2013
Pros: The staff is fantastic and the rooms were clean and fresh.
Cons: One of the tvs in our room did not work. However, we had two other tvs so this was not a huge deal.
Location: it is near the mountains so if you like the outdoors there is plenty to explore.
very pleasant experience. There was a snafu with the online booking system and I feel that the manager Bianca went out of her way to make the stay a better experience than it started as.

Walk through Littleton.Posted May 25, 2013
I came to stay at this hotel with my friend as we walked through littleton Colorado. We are from new york so we expected to walk everywhere we needed since we couldnt rent a car but everything was in walking distance. At first I thought the hotel would just be some place to crash but it was absolutely amazing we didn't even want to leave during the day. The staff was very helpful and made you feel right at home. The also upgraded us to a beautiful two room suite. Both my friend and I were very sad to leave but it will only be a couple more months until we are back here and this time for more than three days.
