“ Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days celebrating a special birthday as a girls holiday and overall we were impressed, the facilities that we visited frequently (pool and bar!) were indeed 5* including being spoilt with some impressive live singing and dancers during the day. Victoria was absolutely amazing and could not have done enough for us, thank you Victoria. The al a carte restaurant was amazing and the staff were indeed 5*, as well as the cocktail & coffee making We couldn’t……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“It was paradise”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“very nice hotel, room is large and good view, bed is large, buffet is quite exceed my expectation, variable and good taste. you can book the tour in the hall near reception and there will be bus coming to hotel to pick you up, even the bus is from other cities... for example the bus take other guests from capital/carmen/costa tagisse will come to the hotel to take you...it make me feel sorry that we are the last guests and waste other guest's time. :) during the 4 days stay I also get chance to……

“Public area,s and cleanliness good.Facilities good, food and drink selection very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. Balconey needs……
