Pros: Good bus service to and from Dublin airport.
Cons: Rooms could do with being refurbished. Everything seemed a little tired.
I have previously used this hotel when travelling from Dublin airport on an early morning flight and therefore had no hesitation in booking it again. This time however I was a little disappointed. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable enough - I just felt everything was a little "tired". The room needed decorating and the furnishings seemed worn. I didn't feel it was as good as it had been on previous occasions. On a positive note the bus service to the airport is excellent and as I mentioned earlier the guy on reception was really friendly.

Convenient for airport with frequent free shuttle

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Convenient to airport
Cons: Update TV's in rooms
Overall a positive experience, but the TV in the room was a bit ancient. Also the 30 minute wait for a waiter in the lounge was a bit long. Had to ask twice for a waiter!

Fine, Convenient but No Frills

Posted May 1, 2015
Pros: 5 minutes by shuttle from airport.
Cons: Pillow quality. Dining room staff were good & interested but more training would improve things - e.g. remove spare place settings, empty glasses, etc
Location: convenient to airport.
Quite convenient to Dublin airport, hotels offers free shuttle to and from airport 24/7 which is why I chose this well priced hotel. Very busy hotel - ask for the 7th floor if you want to avoid kids running around. The service is definitely "no frills" I was a bit disappointed that there was no individual soap, shampoo, shower hat, etc. The bed linens were clean and crisp, but my pillow was hard and uncomfortable. The room was spacious and quiet.

Airport Hotel mit kostenlosem Shuttle

Posted Apr 29, 2015

Asked for a room with a double bed and got 3 single beds with two pushed together ,hard mattresses, old style TV,small and the room allocated was the very top 8th floor at the very end of a long corridor when there were lots of empty rooms available in the hotel, food was fast food quality at twice the price, had to get up and ask for a waiter even though 4 were standing just chatting with the bar man,not impressed at all with this place.

Pros: Handy for the airport and very good price.
Cons: Decor is tired, carpets frayed.
Stayed overnight between international flights. Reasonably quiet room and very welcoming staff. Breakfast a bargain for Dublin area. Overall good value for money.

Hotel close to Dublin airport

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Always like to stay at a hotel close to the airport a night before departure back home. Bewley's is about a ten minute shuttle (provided free by the hotel) from Dublin International Airport. The staff are always very accomodating. The restaurant and bar on location are also excellent in their staff and food. The only recommendation I could make is that they increase/update their fitness room. I know that not everyone works out but for those that do something a bit more then two treadmills and dumbells would be better/nice.

Pros: It is well run and so convenient for the airport. For those who need car parking it is very useful to have that option available
Cons: Some of the hot food at breakfast time was not very hot and overcooked.
We were staying overnight prior o flying to America and the hotel suited us very well in every way. We particularly commend the shuttle service and the helpfulness of the drivers. The hotel was comfortable, efficient and very clean.

Disappointing experience

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Transport. Check-in experience. Overall refurbishment. Television service.
Location: This was an over-night airport stay only.
The transport from the Airport departed when we were within a few steps away. A thirty minute wait and there were more than a full bus load of passengers and a mad scramble to get on the bus with two large suitcases. There was a massive queue for three staff to check-in. The room was difficult to find and extremely cold upon arrival and only heated up slowly after we managed to activate the heater. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a refurbishment to remove badly stained furniture.

Made a great choice

Excellent customer service, clean quiet room, close to the airport and great bar to relax . The only downside( and it's small) is the distance you have to walk from the shuttle bus to the terminal.
