A really huge room at a really low price.

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Our room was HUGE.
Cons: There is no elevator, so if you are on the 2nd floor you have to carry your suitcase up one floor.
I was not expecting much from this place because of the low price. We were surprised at how huge our room was. It had a table and chairs to eat breakfast, a couch, coffee table, a desk, and 2 beds. it also had a coffee maker, frig, and microwave. They served the standard breakfast in the morning too. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was cheap and in a great location for what we needed. Breakfast was kinda lame and the hotel was a little outdated but overall I can't complain to much because I think we got what we paid for. Overall not the worst place I have ever stayed and I would probably stay there again to save some $$$.

Pros: room design was different. I liked it. 2 q bed room.
Cons: When you have all the rooms rented you might want to bring on extra staff to keep up with it all. example Breakfast time.
We were there over night, slept, breakfast and gone. Clean room and good food.

Pros: The price was good as it only cost $65/night
Cons: The biggest item that needs improvement is to keep the pool and hallways clean and provide towels for guests in pool area.
Location: Very close to the main shopping strip in Fargo so the location is great.
The hotel is a basic place to stay for a low price. They were short staffed on the weekend we got there. The room was clean, not many towels but made do. There was dirt/garbage around vending machines that were there the entire weekend, cleaning staff must have blinders on when walking in hallway. There were never any towels in the pool area, you had to go to front desk to see if they had any. The hot tub had a dirt ring above the entire water surface that looks like it has never been scrubbed clean, you could scrape it off with your fingers. The pool water seemed somewhat cloudy and not crystal clear like you'd expect a pool to be. Continental breakfast was decent and there was always enough food. Coffee, well lets just say its brown water, no flavour at all.

I would not recommend this hotel.

I was put as a no show 30 min after making my reservation. Staff at the hotel didn't know how to correct the problem and the room was non refundable so they tried to make me buy another room on top of my first one. Finally after 30 min they finally figured out how to reactivate my original booking. Front area had broken down wood framing just laying in the lobby. Room was ok 3/5. Total would be 1/5 for complete experience.

Nice hotel close to shopping mall

Hotel was O.K. Lack of staff. No extra pillows or extra blankets. Hot tub was out of order, and after having run a half marathon, hot tub would have been nice. Good breakfast though.

Not a family friendly hotel.

You walk into hotel and you can smell the pool. Pool area was run down, rusty ladders water was so strong smelling that our eyes burned and took kids out and their eyes were RED. This equaled unhappy kids for a three day stay in a hotel. Front desk staff( male in jean shorts and gray hoodie and tattoos) was very unprofessional, had problems with another check in and thought I needed to know about it. There were other customers in lobby and he procceded to say my information out loud, like room number, excuse me I don't want other strangers to know my room Number. The cliental there was probably long term stays from the looks of them, truckers, oil field workers, drug dealers. Saw what may appeared to be a meth head walking down hallway. scary experience when pictures show it looks nice. We never even tried breakfast, because of what we had already experienced. We slept there and did all other activities outside of that area. Then to top it off they charged us another $131.52 of what I don't know yet, when I prepaid thru here. Tried to call them directly several times and no answer.

Lower priced hotel

Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: Pillows were nice.
Cons: Hotel staff need to be freindly and courteous. Do something with the noise level, answer the phone, and clean the walls in the rooms.
Location: Easy to find, close to downtown.
Room was comfortable, the noise level was loud and lasted all night.. Walls appear to be very thin.. Could smell cigarette smoke, eve though it was a non smoking room. I tried calling the front desk many times through out the night to complain of the noise but no one would answer.. The staff checking is in and out acted like they could care less if they had business.. Will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.
