Small room, but nice experiencePosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Location was great, a short taxi to city Centre, the room was very pleasant and staff were very helpful.
Cons: More breakfast selections, especially hot items would help.
Location: Nice restaurants and a great little gelatin place very nearby. 15 minute walk to the city center and lots of shopping.
This is a boutique hotel so rather small, but the staff are very friendly and helped us several times. The rooms were small, but efficient so it was comfortable for 2, it would be tight for 3. It was nicely furnished. Breakfast could have had a few more hot options, the breads were not that fresh. Their ad on Expedia indicates the have "laundry facilities" but they don't. There is a very nice coin wash quite close, so we made do with that. The facilities description for the hotel should be corrected.

Had betterPosted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Only the breakfast otherwise would have been totally disappointed .
Cons: Room service for late arrivals would have been nice, we went to sleep hungry after 24 hrs in air.
Location: Hotel was very hard to find and was not as close to the airport as indicated, also nowhere near any restaurants.
Room service ended too early, hotel was hard to find but saving grace was breakfast, have been happier .

Incredibly clean, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Friendly staff who were willing to help in every way. Lovely breakfast with a welcome service and relaxed atmosphere. A little walk from the centre.

Excellent hotel, away from centre but not too far!Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff. Nice quiet hotel bar. Rooms cleaned regularly. Free wifi (with suite). Nice restaurants nearby.
Cons: Hotel food in the restaurant could be improved, although they do basic meals and there are nice restaurants nearby so not essential.
Location: Nice local restaurant Perseus and Tito's-5 minute walk. The 20 min walk into the centre and train station is straight forward and bus available.
Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff. Suite was a good size with a queen sized bed, and cleaned to a high standard everyday. 20 minute walk to train station or centre. Lots of selection for breakfast. The hotel is facing a busy roundabout but the soundproofing was excellent and you could not hear traffic noise at all, even at the front of the hotel. Excellent air conditioning.

Perfect locationPosted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: The wonderful breakfast, everything you could imagine. Always freshly prepared and of the highest quality
Location: Location is perfect for exploring Florence. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre, Duomo, Uffizi, etc. And 5 minute taxi ride to the train station.
The standard of service was excellent, from the reception staff to restaurant to housekeeping; everyone played a crucial role in ensuring excellence was standard.

Very good value for its money -- cozy, clean, nice. But a bit far from the historical centre.

Good Italian HospitalityPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Staff and cleanliness
Cons: Would of liked tea making facilities in room
Location: A bit away from town centre, but situated in a very nice part of the city
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were professional and excellent. The waiting staff at breakfast were always cheerful and attentive. Room and hotel very clean. Its a bit of a walk to the centre of town, but once you get to know the buses, it's just a few minutes to their or the railway station.
