Our room was nice enough, it was clean. I wasn't aware that the hotel changed names and we drove around for a half hour trying to find the place. The pool was green and closed. I wasn't excited about the place at all and wont be staying there again.

The rooms was very out dated but for the price I guess it was fine. The beds did not sleep good at all but the room was clean. It is under new management from the looks of the name changing so maybe the new owner will do some improvements.

The room's air barely functioned. I had to call the front desk 3 times to get sheets that fit the bed. The continental breakfast was a box of doughnuts and coffee.

VERY outdated, Not very clean, breakfast was cereal and milk, and boxes of crispy cream donuts???? Checkin was for wrong room type. If you are considering staying here, don't.

We previous stayed at this same hotel a year ago and love it! It's within walking distance of everything and you can't beat the price! Best part is because everything is in walking distance you don't have to pay $8 everytime you need to park somewhere! So when we decided to elope in Gatlinburg it was a no brainer where we were going to stay! I book on Expedia just as I had before with ease. When we arrived we receive a room right by the pool. You could hear every screaming child ALL day long. Last year the room we received was not 5 star by any means but it was nice and clean and the staff was amazing. This year the room was ok. I don't know if bc we booked with Expedia we got what rooms were left bc of the busy weekend or what. The shower had no pressure, the toilet didn't flush right and we had to take the lid off the back several times and flush it that way, the door looked like it had been broken into a time or two, and the bath tub was stained black and brown. It was clean it just wasn't nice. I'm not sure if we will stay there again or not. I think I'd rather pay a few more dollars next time to be able to have water pressure, take a bath, and flush the toilet! But again the last time we stayed the room was nice and we had no problems.

Pros: Location of room near pool, room was nice and roomy.
Cons: Bigger Breakfast area and beteer selection of food and fuit
Location: Location was good the only good thing it was near the Aquarium Had to walk a few blocks to get to downtown.
hotel was in a good location. Hotel staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was not that good, Very small and cramped eating places& food selection poor. We picked this H>J> hotel because they usaually have a Restuarant co-located with hotel.

Not what I paid for!

Checked in to hotel and found it was not what. I paid for. I booked a suite with queen beds and got double beds. I called the front desk and was told they don't use queen beds any more and there was nothing they could do about it. Then the room was suppose to have a mircowave and didn't have one. The wifi didn't work anytime during our stay. The sheets kept comimg off the beds and no one wants to sleep on just the mattress. The room was mostly clean. It could have used alittle more cleaning. We will not be staying here ever again.
