“We spent three nights in this cute townhouse. It was well stocked and clean and suited our needs for our stay. The beds were comfortable and off street parking was great. The house was updated with new kitchen and baths. It is a little far from the city areas but we didn’t mind a 20 minute drive to get there.”

“Cabin is rustic, steep steps to loft which contains the beds and raw wood roofing. (cannot stand in the loft). Also, water from faucets is for showering and doing dishes only, you must use the dispenser water for drinking and cooking. Had a problem with septic and draining just before leaving but owner came to fix issue when notified. Lastly, the cabin is up the hill (owners cabin at bottom of hill at lakeside), but you have access to the lake, canoes, kayaks, etc.”

“Liked that it is in the area I was visiting. Didn't like: Futon is unsittable, no easy chairs in living room. Only 2 small metal chairs in living room. No chairs in bedroom. Totally uncomfortable stay. We used bag chairs to sit in to watch tv. Every day smelled pot odor which came through heating ducts. No temperature control in apartment.”

“My husband and I were thrilled with our visit to the Modern Studio in Ballston Spa. The in-person facilities were even more lovely than the pictures, with many thoughtful, extra touches that made the setting special and comfortable. We were conveniently located, allowing us to enjoy the in-town festivities as well as the beautiful, peaceful countryside. Our companion was our very energetic 15-month old golden retriever who took great joy in running (and running and running) around the huge yard.……

“The studio was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Everything was as advertised. There was a keurig with k cups and cream provided. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked that we had no problem cooking the meals we planned, despite some of them requiring multiple pots and pans. The bed was UNBELIEVABLY comfortable. The property managers were very communicative and friendly, but never bothersome or overbearing. ”

“House is in a nice location. The pictures were photoshopped on the listing to make the wood appear to be a more modern wood tone than it actually is. Not a huge deal but definitely something I noticed upon arrival. The bath towels provided by the house were bleach stained. No AC in bedrooms. Plant overgrowth on back deck. Ice maker doesnt work in freezer. Minor issues that could be addressed to provide a nicer experience for guests. Overall the house was not bad and we had a nice stay, but not 5……

“1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. Does have first floor bedroom but a bit of distance to the single well appointed bath on that floor. Kitchen quite well equipped and even had a wide……
