“Stay was great! Conveniently located near expressway, many restaurants within walking distance, perfectly suited for our overnight stay after show at the Fisher. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. Would stay again if in the area in the future. ”

“They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously ”

“My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.”

“Detailed check in instructions were easy to follow. Unit itself was clean, bright and well furnished. Sanitized and sealed toilet ensured we knew room had been cleaned before our arrival. Comfy King bed. A/C was running as we arrived to provide comfortable temp. Ceiling fans added to our comfort. Snacks were much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed after coming home from a Tigers game. A welcome message was a nice touch as were the supply of games. The entry area of the property gave some……

“Amazed by the entire stay. From the check in to the managment and accommodations. The loft was clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple retreat, small family, or even a photoshoot! I stayed the night and had a small dinner party. If there was any issue or question no one hessitated to help out.”

We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful.”

“Don’t be deterred - the parking lot, front lobby, and elevator are fine, but it’s once you get inside that you’ll see everything this property has to offer. We LOVED our stay here! Our host was welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious, eclectic, and so fun! We were two moms visiting with our teen daughters for a sports event at Huntington Place, and we were easily able to walk there from the apartment. “A great host, we actually arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, but he was still cleaning the property up for us. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. There are also a lot of neat memorabilia that the owner has throughout, and each of us enjoyed looking at all of it. Hopefully we were respectful guests.”
