In the heart of Harbor Springs, a perfect vacation spot to relax and enjoy in all seasons. A short walk to the beach, tennis courts, yoga, biking, paddle boarding, restaurants and shopping. Close by are hiking, skiing and snowshoeing. Enjoy this ideal home which sleeps 6, tasteful main floor living room and lower level family room perfect for kids/TV/game room. Charming back patio with BBQ and table/seating with a short staircase leading to the grassy backyard edged with beautiful gardens.

PERFECT Harbor Springs Rental
My daughter and I rented this darling house in late August 2023. The house and yard are absolutely wonderful, and the neighborhood is sooo cute. Harbor Springs is the wonderful little town, and it is well situated for visiting Charlevoix, Petoskey, Mackinac Island, etc.

Great stay for friends weekend
The property is ideal for couples who want to travel together. Basement area perfect space for kids to relax and rest. Convenient walk to town, grocery. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and tidy! This is a repeat rental for our group, and we will use again when we plan to be in Harbor Springs. Owners provide ample information and are quickly responsive to questions/requests.

Charming cottage.
We loved our stay. Great location. Easy walk into Harbor Springs. Comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Outdoor seating on front porch and back yard. We are all ready to go back!

Wonderful stay in Harbor Springs
Great, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood about half a mile from the middle of downtown. We loved exploring the area from this location. House has 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen, dining room, and living room have great flow. Well stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful back yard for grilling and relaxing.

Excellent Home for a Family
The home is very clean and comfortable! It is set up for great for a family vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a nice dining table for everyone to gather together. There are many nice touches including the fluffy spa towels. We will return the next time we are in Harbor Springs!

Charming Home
Charming home close to the ski slopes. Was perfect for a family and friends weekend getaway. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy meals together and hangout both inside and outside.

Lovely home and neighborhood
Myself, my sister and our husbands stayed here for 4 days in mid October. My sister and her husband live in lower Michigan but have spent a lot of time in that area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood above downtown. Had the weather been nicer it would not have been a problem to walk to town. We spent our days out of the house exploring the area-so many wineries ! We made day trips easily to Charlevoix, the tunnel of trees, Petoskey, the sky bridge and up to Sault Ste Marie. We spent the evenings watching movies in the nicely finished basement (loved the surround sound) as it was too cold and rainy to sit outside and have a fire (would have had to find wood to buy however). My sister and I both agreed that the beds were comfy. There is plenty of room for 2-3 families if you don’t mind sharing a bathroom. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower downstairs and one with a tub/shower combo upstairs. This is an older cottage but it was METICULOUSLY clean. Plenty of books, games and room to spread out if you do get stuck inside. Would return to both this house and Harbor Springs

Girls weekend and birthday celebration
Second year in a row and we were just as pleased as last year. The door code was not set to the code I had received and it was a bit of a hassle because there was no one to call and I didn’t have my password with me Finally had to login to VRBO account to find a message from the host. Once in , everything was perfect
