Pros: They had some English TV channels.
Cons: Room cleanness
Location: There was some restaurants by the public beach near by & a couple of mini markets.
Nice decoration but it didn't have beach as described in the hotel details. When we arrived some cleaners were in the corridor with a lot of staff , it was difficult to walk through with our luggage. (They didn't even move) I found a couple of insects in the bathroom. I couldn't have stayed there more than one night.

Bad Staff Attitude; uncomfortable rooms

Cons: Everything...staff attitude to bigger rooms to clean linen to better mattress.
Overall, a real bad experience. The hotel staff was rude, unprofessional and not customer friendly. Despite of requesting a non smoking room during my reservation, they gave me a room which had a bad smoke smell. When I requested a room change, I was treated very rudely and told to "not be fussy and manage". The receptionist Mario started screaming and said that it is a non-smoking hotel and accused me of lying about smoke smell in the room. The rooms are tiny in size...barely enough room to walk-around, TV/cable in the room doesn't work...the safe/locker in the room can be hired by paying $$, it's not free....You got to pay wifi for every device separately...the towels/linen were dirty and smelly....the mattress was very uncomfortable. Overall, it seemed like a tacky YMCA hostel that charged me the price of a 5 star. My recommendation would be to avoid staying at this hotel at all cost.

Nice hotel but the website needs updating

The hotel is lovely with a great view of the beach. I was disappointed however that after a 6am flight the advertised check in time of 12 noon is actually 2pm.

Just a bed in a good location but not comfortable

Pros: - Location is great and view from sea view room is amazing - Room is clean and looks nice
Cons: AC doesn't work well, king bed (as above), in room fridge, room service, working AC

Overall I had a negative experience and well beyond the start and would not recommend this hotel for most: Negatives: - AC doesn't work well, it is not cold enough and most nights I used to wake up sweating - King bed is actually two full beds that are put next to each other, which makes it very uncomfortable as the two bed tend to move away at night especially if you get to into the middle part - There is no room service, and I am not talking about high-end dining, not even coffee can be delivered to the room - There is no ice in the hotel and considering Ibiza is an attractive destination for clubbers, make sure you stock on your own ice from supermarket - I forgot to mention that the in room fridge doesn't work well so basically you need to change the ice every day Positive - Location is great and view from sea view room is amazing - Room is clean and looks nice Experience started bad at check in. I basically forgot to indicate two adults when making the purchase onlii and even though i paid exactly the same rate as my friend who joined me on my trip, the check-in lady kept insisting that is my fault and that my room cannot accomodate two, even though i paid for a king bed. Eventually to cut it short i just switched my room with my friend. She wasn't able to add a note on the reservation indicating that we switched and hence if i was ever locked out, it would have been impossible that i prove that that was my room (which luckily didn't happen).

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Everything, very nice hotel!
Cons: Wished we could have had a room with a view and better quality bathroom products with hair conditioner.
My husband and I stayed for one night, beautiful hotel. Great location with many places within walking distance. Hotel staff was great and pool was really nice.

Great remodeling of a hotel in a prime location

Rooms are still small but modern, clean and bright. Always book the amazing sea view as the view to the street without balcony is poor. Sea view is wonderful and money invested well worth instead. We only had booked breakfast but there is everything you might want to have. Very good apart from the fake juices. Actually our only point that could be improved. We stayed in this hotel many times already but this was our first stay since the remodeling: definitely not our last stay. We loved it!

The hotel was very nice and pool was good. They charge you extrat for everything and should just include it int he price. Nice pool, the bar is nice but getting ice is like getting gold. Breakfast is pretty good. Room size is good clean and AC works well. There's some nice restaurants close by. Not far from old town or the clubs. About 12 Euros

Great hotel for the tame

If you came to Ibiza to relax on the beach and go to sleep early, this is your hotel. If you came to party, you might want to look elsewhere. At night you have to walk 30 minutes before you can't hear crickets anymore. We were told by the staff that we were talking too loud in our room at 1130 while waiting to go to the clubs. It is a beautiful hotel and is very modern but we spent a lot of money on cab fare getting to places where we could have any sort of night time fun.

Hi the welcome and service at the hotel is really poor, not friendly or welcoming - all questions answered with one word answer
