This is my first negative review ever. I was blown away by how long I had to stand in line to check in. The front desk clerk had zero sense of urgency and refused to answer questions from passersby like "is there an airport shuttle?" I had already reserved via Expedia, so my check-in was not as painful as others', but my room lacked sheets on the bed. At midnight. I had to stand in line AGAIN to get a new room, and received not a single "so sorry". Stunning. I understand she was tired, but truly not ok.

Our first room did not have heat on when we came in. It was -2 degrees outside so you can imagine how cold it was. After turning on we let it run for 45 minutes and it was still cold air. TV also wasn’t working properly. We had to get a room change and everything was fine after that
