Good standardPosted Aug 26, 2014
A clean and well maintained room with all the facilities you would expect from a good quality airport hotel. Staff were friendly and a good breakfast in the morning. close to airport and to metro station, a good standard and I would recommend to others if they needed a good hotel to stay near the airport.

Comfortable accommodation close to the airportPosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Proximity to airport, cleanliness, quiet, good amentites and very professional and helpful staff.
Cons: Airport shuttle schedule.
Location: Airport and train services.
I was very pleased with the accommodation offered. I was greeted on arrival with very pleasant and professional staff, who not only assured me that my booking request but offered a late check out after a brief exchange regarding my itinerary. The room was comfortable, clean and well presented with wifi access in my room. Breakfast was included offering variety and service in a pleasant and hygienic environment. The airport shuttle does not operate from 12 to 2:30ish which did not suit my schedule however the taxi service was prompt when requested and cost less then 10 TRY. The hotel is close to train services and very close to the airport.

easy access to airportPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: close to airport
Cons: hotel contact details
Location: close to airport and train station and exhibition centre
The hotel is in easy reach of Istanbul Ataturk airport and offers a free transfer to and from the hotel although I could not find a contact e mail to book the transfer from the airport, I rang them twice to book over the phone and as soon as I said the word "book" as in " I would like to book the transfer to the from the airport" I was transferred to reservations. The second time I rang I asked for their e mail address to book by e mail but could not understand clearly enough to write it down. I decided in the end to just get a taxi when we got there. If transport to Istanbul is required the hotel is 5 min walk to the train and about 25 mins train ride to the centre

Airport stopoverPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: Close proximity to airport, refurbished rooms excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast good. Very clean.
Cons: Have a Iron and ironing board in the bedrooms. Tea and coffee making facility in bedrooms
Good hotel stayed over on two separate occasions whilst in transit. The hotel is currently refurbishing the bedrooms On the first occasion I was in a older room although adequate I could see why they were refurbishing them. On the second occasion I arrived late in the evening 11.15pm staff were very polite and helpful this time put in a refurbished room that was very tastefully done and very spacious. Buffet breakfast has a good selection and staff are very friendly. Hotel has free shuttle bus to from airport that's 8mins away. Unfortunately doesn't operate after 10.30pm. Taxi cheap enough only x 8TL.

Handy for airportPosted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Meal selection both breakfast and outside offerings. Courtesy coach for airport that leaves every 30 minutes and only takes 5 minutes.
Cons: Its a 4* hotel but no tea/coffee facilities in room if you want it you have to buy it. No pool but sister hotel next door has one to use for a charge
Location: A 5 minute walk to local tram system to get you into Istanbul, takes about an hour. Small shopping centre with supermarket and Starbucks 10 min walk
Arrived late due to flight delay and was looking forward to a good drink in the bar. Bar staff were more content in talking with each other and being out of sight than serving customers. One even told a female that they were only doing room service and not the bar!! I did have a specific room request which was on booking and had emailed hotel direct and had confirmation from them. I didn't get room at first and was told tough basically. Spoke to another person soon afterwards and he said that as I had arrived late hotel was full and couldn't do anything tonight, but see us in morning and will have a look at it. Contacted reception after breakfast and sure enough my request had been sorted and I could have room after 12pm, worked out I had it shortly after 11am, result!! Food wise, breakfast had a good range of breads, cheeses, meats, salads etc to choose from. For evening meal you have a choice of 3 offerings, all run by hotel just opposite as its part of the overall convention centre, Burger King, an American style diner (with its own bowling alley!!) and a Turkish restaurant. Had 2 good meals in Diner whilst watching the World Cup on large TV's and screens. Apart from initial problems with bar staff, found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful, especially as there English is limited at times. They have a customer relations person on duty each morning to help with tours etc and she can speak a number of languages and her English was excellent.

Incredible!Posted Jun 10, 2014
Cons: Change the name. It deserves something more elegant.
Location: I arrived late just to be near the airport for an early flight the next day. Once I arrived, and saw my room, I didn't want to go back out.
I had two days in Istanbul with an early flight Monday morning that I didn't want to miss. I changed hotels for the night before my flight to the WOW. When I booked it, I wasn't expecting much. WOW seemed like a lame attempt to appeal to English speakers. But honestly, I don't know what WOW in the hotel name stands for but WOW is definitely an appropriate English description. Almost anywhere else, this would be at least a $300-400 or more per night hotel easily. The room was large and comfortable. Beside each bed was a control panel on the wall for adjusting room lighting, A/C or heat. There was a wall of closets and shelf space just in the foyer of my $150 room. Yes, my room had a foyer large enough for two closets, one floor to ceiling with drawers, and the other double doors with closet space enough to hold my entire wardrobe. I could go on and on. The staff was great. I loved it there.

Near airport, but not at airportPosted May 28, 2014
Location: Near metro stop with easy access to the old town and tourist attractions.
Chose this hotel for its location to the airport to be ready for a 6am flight the next morning. But, the hotel is a 10 minute drive and is not walkable. The free shuttle only runs at certain times of the day. I had to take a cab, 10 Lira, upon arrival because the shuttle wasn't coming for 2 hours. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the metro stop, which I learned later. So you can take the metro one stop from the airport and walk to the hotel for 3 Lira. Staff was helpful to find tourist activities and changed money without any issue.
