Nice hotel. Right next to the highwayPosted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: The free happy hour with food and drinks each night and the free breakfast. All were very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not sure about improvements. The facility is old, but well maintained.
Location: Costco, Walmart, major chain restaurants, McDonalds within walking distance
We changed to this hotel from another due to the unaccepable conditions. This one was located nicely next to the highway with easy access. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. They have a covered parking garage, which was very helpful in that we had rain everyday we were there and didn't have to park and walk in the rain to the building.

Very pretty. Clean and easy to get to.Posted Apr 6, 2015
We stayed one night. My son liked the pool and it had a nice jacuzzi along with plenty of towels. The room was pleasant and comfortable. Very clean. The bed was very nice. The remote for the TV didn't work well and the iron was broken, I looked like an unmade bed but I didn't have time enough in the morning to wait for another. The breakfast was very good with good variety and the Chef was proud of her food and welcomed each guest individually. The only thing I would say could be better is the snack/vending area could have been better. There are no quick shops or general variety stores close by and it would have helped those of us who arrived after the late afternoon snack bar.

A nice stay right off the interstate.Posted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: Covered parking, clean comfortable room, delicious breakfast.
Location: IKEA is a short drive down the road.
The covered parking garage was appreciated in a typical storm filled spring night. You know exactly what you get when you stay at Drury Inn. A clean, comfortable stay that you don't have to worry about. The hot breakfast with multiple food options is always appreciated.

Drury isn't dreary!!Posted Mar 29, 2015
I'm from Cali and had never heard of Drury Inns. I travel the Northwest extensively, but recently found myself in Overland Park Kansas, and decided to try them. I was very pleased!! They have a wonderful staff that is very friendly but not intrusive. The Inn is clean, quiet, conveniently located and offers a variety of amendments, as well as, a rewards program. I would wholeheartedly recommend Drury

Cons: Because we booked through Expedia, we received a lecture from the front desk clerk about getting better service if we book directly through the hotel.
The front desk staff told us upon check in that we could get better rates and service if we booked directly through the hotel. It was not a welcoming greeting. When I asked for a room towards the back of the hotel so I would not hear the traffic noise, I was given a room next to a very noisy and squeaky elevator. I went back to reception and they provided me with a quieter room. I did not find the staff particularly friendly or helpful. I booked two rooms - one a regular hotel and the other a suite. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were very dark. We did not hear much noise from the hallway or the highway. I would recommend this hotel except that the staff insisted on telling me that I would get better service if I did not book through a third party such as Expedia.

Good hotel for a low pricePosted Feb 27, 2015 on Hotels.com
Really tries to cater to business travelers like the "brand name" hotels. Lobby area with free food and drinks was convenient, food was mediocre. Room was quiet. Hotel interior was in good condition. Staff were friendly.

Noise level high!Posted Feb 24, 2015 on Hotels.com
Noise level was high. Seemed like the walls were thin since could hear the " ding" from the elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor but was in an open atrium to the breakfast room. Close to 10pm the laughter and noise level was so bad I called the front desk. I was told they couldn't do anything about it, but " quiet hour" started at 10pm and that's was when that area closed so noise should cease then. This happened for the two nights we were there. Would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a good nights sleep!

Decent HotelPosted Feb 24, 2015
The hotel mattresses could have been more comfortable. They were hard and stiff, I didn't sleep very well. The hotel rooms were very clean, this was nice. Would have been nice if the hotel pool would have been open until 11 p.m. They shut down at 10 p.m. so we swam for a bit in the A.M. Hot tub was a bit on the GREEN side. But was nice and hot, I have been in some hotels were they only stay warm. Staff was all very nice and helpful.
