This generous property welcomes up to 16 guests with the option of a few extra kiddos. Enjoy your own double-decker pontoon boat, golf cart and kayaks during the summer months and a private dock for your own boat. Battle it out over ping pong, shuffleboard or soak away in the hot tub. Party on Pine is your ticket to non-stop fun and lake vibes all day!
✌️As part of our commitment to safety and security, we kindly request all guests to sign and agree to our rental agreement and fill out a guest check-in form prior to check in. This form includes information for all guests 18+ who will be staying at the property. The form will be conveniently emailed to you upon booking. We understand that this additional step may seem cumbersome, but it is necessary to ensure the safety and security of our home, our guests and community. Please note that no security deposit is required. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

🌊The lake is very close to the edge of the property and gets deep very quickly. We know you love your children as much we love ours so please have a plan in place for water safety.

🚭No smoking on property.

🥳No parties at Party on Pine?!? We ask for no unregistered guests at the property, no illegal activity and a respectful attitude toward our home and neighbors.

🎥Exterior surveillance cameras at the entrances serve as an extra security measure and are not intended for monitoring guests, except in cases of suspicious activity. We kindly request that they remain on and the wifi is not unplugged during your stay. In the event that cameras become non-functional, we may need to investigate the premises. In case you were wondering, there are no cameras in view of the hot tub 😊 Your cooperation is very much appreciated!

🛁Hot Tub:
Use at your own risk, no small children allowed in or near hot tub. Follow all Indiana regulations listed on sign visibly posted near spa.
No smoking, alcohol consumption or glass near hot tub.
🍷Broken glass in or near hot tub will result in $250 fee.
Please leave cover on when not in use and place sandbags on top to prevent wind from blowing cover off.
Return temp to 100 degrees upon checkout and make sure cover is closed.
Use common sense.
😞Things happen… if for unforeseen reasons the hot tub is unavailable during your stay you will be refunded $50 per day of your stay (not including check out day) as long as the hot tub was not operational at the time of check in.

✔️Noise:
The house is located in a quiet residential area. While you are more than welcome to make use of the outdoor spaces whenever you please, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm.

👟Shoes:
We treat this place like our own, please no shoes in upstairs level, in any bedrooms or on furniture.

🏠Decks:
The decks are outfitted with code-enforced railing however please use caution with children. Please keep lounge chair cushions inside during inclement weather.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Please note that only guests listed on the reservation and the online guest check-in form are allowed on the property. 16 adults is the absolute maximum guests allowed due to city code and the happiness of our neighbors 😃

🧹Cleaning and Checkout:
At Airbnb, we foster a culture of mutual respect for each other's homes. We DO NOT charge an additional cleaning fee for this property, and such expect the home to be left in a respectful manner upon checkout. Basic cleaning supplies can be found in the foyer closet. Kindly dispose of garbage and recyclables in the designated bins and remember to start the dishwasher before you depart.

🛏️No need to worry about making the beds... after all, you're on vacation!
