Not good

Did not have my prepaid reservation. I had to wait and make calls back to Expedia to correct the issue. I will never stay there again and I will not recommend.

Pros: We enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: We found that the mattress in our room could be replaced as it was too soft and sagged in the middle.
Location: We've been going to Vegas for about 15 years so we have seen all we want to see.
This is our 4th year staying at A.C's and we have nothing but the highest praise for the hotel, from the friendliness of the front desk staff to the courtesy of the casino staff. We highly recommend A.C. to anyone.

Very dry customer service.

Pros: I liked that I could park my car right in front of my room. I also liked the living room with a couch and bedroom setup.
Cons: Customer service and the food @ the buffet.
Location: It is near Sam's Town and Boulder Station.
They need to work on customer service @ the front desk, registration and at the buffet. The food was not that good @ the buffet. Also, I didn't like the $35.00 deposit set up.

Completely dismal hotel

Reserved 2 delux suites through Expedia was given 2 rooms in an outer building rooms were more or less clean, N/S rooms, sofas had cig burns toilets didnt flush shower handes almost wouldnt turn and then only cold water when going from casino to room ground littered with hookers and drug addicts rooming the the grounds no security in site anywhere when I spoke to managment the next and demanded my money back they did not even blink they just said ok . Of corse to date I have received nothing from them

We arrived in our room and heard the toilet running. Didn't think to much about it. Left to go to the casino and was disappointed with the size of the casino but, oh well. Came back to the room had water around the toilet. Tried to sleep but heard the toilet going off and on and a shower running. Closed the bathroom door for the night. Woke up and the bathroom floor was flooded. Not good. Told the front desk and was never offered a discount or a free room for our bad experience with being flooded out of the room early.

Good stay.. excellent security..name their presence known... good gambling.. alot more quiet then the craziness of the street.. good restaurant.. big gambling area then what you see from the outside.

Pros: Roomy, pool great buffet for low price. Elevator from parking to restaurant saves from going into smoky casino area
Cons: Whole rooms needs upgrading, it's well past its age.
Tub faucet won't shut off, dripping. Toilet flush mechanism jams, had to manually put rubber stopper back in place once in a while. Stained carpets keep your socks on, but clean room

Pros: location was good for us to get on the highway the next day. the restaurant in the casino was good.
Cons: cleaner rooms also need updating
The room smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. There were stains on the carpet and the bed was uncomfortable. The restaurant had good food and service.
