Nice hotel.Posted Sep 13, 2014
We had a great time staying there but wished they would have told us about the extra costs. We stayed here because it was so cheap on expedia but found out when we arrived that we would have to pay 30 dollars extra a day to use the pool or eat at the restaurant. Was a little upsetting!

Great ResortPosted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: Close to Strip, South premium oulet
Location: you can enjoy what ever you want in Strip but you must have a car to stay here, not sure about public transportation. exit 33 from I-15.
Someone who like to stay in quite, relaxing environment off from Strip, smokes, this is the perfect Hotel you can choose.

Thank you for staying at the Cancun Resort Las Vegas. We are glad to hear you and your family enjoyed our accommodations, amenities, and team members. The resort’s prime location offers easy access to local shops and sightseeing. It is a family friendly resort with entertainment for guests of all ages, but within close proximity to the non-stop Las Vegas action. We look forward to your return!

Very, VERY Disappointed...Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: The pool
Cons: CLEAN THE ROOMS!!! Replace the carpeting, update the furniture...
Location: Its only a 3 minute drive away from the strip so its a convenient location... but there are other places nearby that would be viable alternatives.
We travel as a family and as business professionals at least a dozen or more times a year, and this was by far the most disappointing property we have ever stayed at (within or outside of the U.S.) PROS: The pool is fantastic (especially if you have children travelling with you). The kitchen was small but VERY well equipped which made it easy to do quick breakfasts and lunches in our room. CONS: Just about everything else!! For starters, you walk in the front door and are immediately accosted by time-share people (ARG!). In the six days we were there our room was cleaned ONCE (YUK!) - at that was not an oversight by the staff - that's their schedule. The room stunk so bad we had to buy carpet deodorizer and spray it down every night. The rooms are old and dingy and the hide-a-bed my son slept on was barely 4" thick. The room was FILTHY... certainly not a good impression to leave with guests if you're trying to get them to buy a time-share! We will not be back...

Mexico in VegasPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Pool area and the fact that you can get reasonable food on premises.
Cons: We used stairs a lot and it didn't seem like they were cleaned with regularity?
Location: Decent off the strip location with grocery store close. Many fast food restaurants and a great Italian restaurant close. Decent up and coming area.
Nice timeshare style hotel. Small kitchen fits need. King bed is nice. Couch makes out, mattress not the best.

Nice family hotelPosted Aug 23, 2014
We loved the room size and having a kitchen. We had the 2 bedroom villa. It was nice to be in a non smoking hotel. The pool and slides were great. The pool is so big it never felt crowded ,lots of pool chairs and plenty of hot tubs. Game room was nice. Parking was never a problem. The parking elevator was key sensitive , so we always were trying for 5 minutes to get it to work. All the staff were great except the " timeshare /points". They trap you as soon as you checkin and dont take "no" for an answer. Make sure you read the paper they pressure you into signing about coming to the presentation. "Beware"

Nice getaway for families with small children...Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Family-oriented, clean pools, water slides, and fully-equipped rooms
Cons: Customer Service, functional ice machines, and more sun umbrellas during the day.
Location: Super market across the street. Indoor outlets about two blocks away. Target on the other side of fwy.
This is a great place for families with small children. We stayed at the hotel from Monday through Friday in the month of August. Check-in was hassle free and quick, someone did approach me for a complimentary "Welcome Package" if I followed them to another room, but I declined since I had my mom with my kids outside. Our one-bedroom villa was on the 2nd floor with a view to the pool, which was nice. Maintenance is done on Thursdays only. We were only provided one bath towel and I noticed we had no blankets for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk, and within 10 minutes we got extra towels and a blanket. So far, very happy with the customer service. HOWEVER, when getting ready to put my daughters to sleep, I placed the blanket provided by the hotel on them, and I immediately got a strong & disgusting URINE odor from the blanket! Both my daughters jumped out of the sofa bed, disgusted by the smell. It was almost 10pm and I was so upset, I went to my car, found the nearest Target and bought my own blanket. We also had issues with the ice machine on our floor, so if we needed ice, we had to go up to the 4th floor. At time of check-out, I was asked about my experience. I addressed my two issues and without an apology, the clerk wrote on a sticky note "blanket' and 'ice machine' and placed it on the side.
