Pros: Restaurant help
Cons: Serve a free hot breakfast.
Location: A distance off the freeway.
We were expecting more from a Hilton Hotel. The room was average. The bed and pillows not really comfortable.

Two nights in Vegas

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: A medium sized hotel with a clean outdoor pool. The hotel was in a fairly quiet location for the Vegas area.
Location: Near a casino but not right in the hotel. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. About 8 km. from the McCarran Car Rental return on the same road.
This was a clean pleasant hotel. We didn't use a lot of the amenities because our stay was short. What set this hotel apart from others was the strong customer service by staff members. One of our party experienced a health problem and a staff member did everything she could to make the stay comfortable and it made a positive difference. This hotel is quite close to a variety of restaurants. It's also on the same road as the McCarran Airport car rental return. It's a few miles away but close enough to be convenient to the airport without the noise. It's helpful to have a fridge and microwave in the room when travelling as well.

Great Place to Stay

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Restaurant, great food
Cons: Our neighbors were quite noisy and could hear conversations thru vents
Location: Henderson Nevada, go see Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Also not to far to the Las Vegas Strip but away from all of the craziness of Las Vegas.
We loved this hotel. Was our first experience staying at a Hilton Garden Inn. Loved the fact that it had a great restaurant with reasonable prices and we did not have to go looking for places to eat when we are tired and hungry from traveling all day. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

The hallway to our room had a terrible gas like smell. The hotel staff did not seem to care when I complained of the smell. They said they were aware of the smell but could not do anything about it, and the hotel was full.

Staff was a bit overly snooty... The front lobby was amazing but the room was lacking in cleanliness and comfort. Good for a quick night stay for business but wouldn't recoment for anything else.

Great deal for the price and location

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff and convenient location
Cons: Extra blankets provided in the room.
Location: There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, and it's a short drive to Hoover Dam.
I was able to make a late-night reservation online, and was greeted by a very friendly staff.

An Appraisal

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture. Good 24-hour business centre.
Cons: Room service should be extended full time otherwise it is quite simply not a hotel.
Location: Hotel is inconvenient for those who are sightseeing. The location is far from tourist attractions, however there are malls and restaurants nearby.
Expecting the Hilton Garden Inn to be a normal hotel would be a fallacy as it has very restricted timings for room service. Lunch is simply not available. From 10am-5pm, it is a no man's land. Rather strangely, the bathroom door in the room opens outwards which is a serious inherent defect.

Hilton Garden Inn - very nice hotel

We checked in to the hotel after trip from Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. The room brought us a pleasant surprise: spacious, comfortable bedding. Location is great, 15-minute drive to the Strip without paying resort fee! Sunset Station is just nearby, we had good buffet there next day morning. This is the place we will return next time.
