Place to stay for a music festival, will now be the go to for vegas!
Such a beautiful and relaxing property! An amazing room, everything is clean, amazing amenities, friendly staff, very secure. This will be our go to stay EVERY TIME we go to Vegas.

Facilities Great - some property manager issues
The place was so comfortable and easy that we wanted to extend the stay. However, despite Koala’s flippant “we’re so glad you’re here…reach out for anything…” when we reached out they didn’t reply. We tried to message but that icon didn’t work via Vrbo. We tried again, then again on their “thanks for your message, we’ll reply within 24 hours but add anything here…” messsage. They never replied, leading to stress on where we’re going to be staying and when to give up trying to extend. Also, the check in spiel trying to promote tickets, timeshare sale sessions etc etc, after many many hours of travel and jet lag and oblivious to clearly irritated young kids was simply in empathetic. Just let us get in and rest and then we’ll be keen, but 15+ minutes of hammering us with so much information is counterproductive. The unit itself was perfect for the stay.

Great Location
Great location, very friendly and accommodating, needed more detail to cleaning especially bathroom. Long black hair on floor by toilet and on floor of shower, and base boards layers of dust very obvious not have been wiped for long time. I took pictures to document my statements. i just bought cleaning products and cleaned bathroom myself. With that said I would definitely book here again because it was very comfortable and beds were great. Had a great vacation!!!!

Best deal in Vegas!
Don't pay to stay in the casinos! This sprawling two-bedroom suite with a kitchen is within walking distance of the strip and a cheap ride away from anywhere you'd want to be in the city. Comfortable and well-appointed with a great view of the bright lights. It's a can't-beat deal.

Came to Vegas for a birthday trip with the girls but wanted it to be a relaxing time. This is the perfect place for that. The shuttle is so convenient to get to the strip. Adult pool was relaxed and had great drinks! 10/10 would stay here again!

Good Location
Property was in a good location for our planned trip to watch the Raiders game on Sunday, January 9th. Unfortunately, my wife came down with COVID-19 the week before and we were not able to make the trip. It was too late to get a refund or to cancel so hopefully the owner will use the funds received to create a good experience for others that are able to use the accommodations. Based on the location, I would probably choose to stay here is our plans in the future, if I was headed to Vegas another Raiders game.

Great stay in this clean and spacious condo!
This place was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was very clean and comfortable, everything in working order. The staff and service at the resort was excellent, and the pizza at the oasis cafe was really good! The only negative for us was the check in process. It took a long time and they have you go into a second line for your resort wrist bands...and that is where you get offered the “free stuff” to attend a sales meeting. After a couple no thank you’s they kindly send you on your way. Overall great stay and would stay here again.
