Very Hot Room w/no window.

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: The buses are a 5 minute walk away.
Cons: Fix the air-conditioning
I am a pretty easy going person and don't like to complain too much but I couldn't believe how HOT my room was. The room was tiny and didn't have any windows and to make things worse the air conditioning didn't work either (although i noticed the room net to us had windows and looked comfy, so i think we just got stuck with the sauna room, lol). I did like that the Neighborhood seemed very safe and we could walk at night without worry. I think this place is great if you are just looking for a place to sleep and have a safe place for your belongings which is mainly what I needed the room for.

Find someplace else to stay

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: It is in a safe neighborhood and near Shepherds Bush Green and Kensington High Street.
Cons: Replace the carpet, paint the walls, replace the cots with beds, fix all of the broken fixtures, and deep clean EVERYTHING.
Location: Wonderful middle eastern food at Shepherds Bush and fun higher end restaurants on Kensington High Street.
The Holland Inn Hotel is the worst experience I have had with hotels. It is located in Holland Park, close to both Shepherds Bush Green and Kensington High Street, but that is the end of the compliments. I requested and received a twin room. Other rooms may be better, but this one was like a cell: windowless, very small (maybe 10 x 12 feet), two cots, dirty and stained carpet, stains and mold on the walls, dirt caked on the air conditioning unit's vent, dirt caked on the shower edges, broken light fixtures, broken shower door, cracked bathroom tile. The bedding appeared to be clean, but nothing else was. We could hear every sound from the neighbors' room, so we got very little sleep. WiFi is extremely expensive and must be purchased by the hour for each device. Breakfast was included but I dared not eat it. I have stayed in more luxurious hostels for a lot less money. If I had not prepaid the room for three nights, I would have checked out on the spot. If you need to save money, explore hostels or Airbnb before staying at this hotel.

Great Staff and decent breakfast, rooms tiny

Posted Jun 17, 2015
Tiny, expensive room. But it's London so expected I suppose. Very close to bus/train station so very easy to get around. Staff are great and the breakfast is passable but the rooms are so tiny, old dirty carpet and the washrooms don't make sense. Only saving grace is the proximity to transit and the staff.

OK

Near to Olympia Tube 2mins but this only open weekends & bank holidays. Room was clean with fridge & hairdryer but VERY small, we were at the back so nice view over garden and quiet. Bathroom was fine with plenty of towels. Breakfast basic but plenty available. Overall ok for overnight stay.

Low budget Hotel in Kensington

Posted May 22, 2015
On the good side. The Hotel was Clean. Great bed, Good shower, Quiet, You can open the window, Polite staff. On the bad side. The room had a double bed in a room suited to a single bed. There is no where to put anything but a small bag and a rook sack. Only one person can stand at a time next to the bed. No room to move. ideal for one person.

Katastrof, inte ok att betala över tusen kronor natten för ett pyttelitet rum utan fönster. Kommer aldrig mer använda mig av Expedia!

Some rooms better than others

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: location, price, staff
Have stayed here several times. I like the convenience and price, and never had a serious problem. Decor is shabby, but acceptable. Some rooms are more cramped and stuffy than others, and lack windows. Breakfast is advertised as being from 7:30am but is often late so no good if you're on an early schedule.
