quiet hotel with peaceful rooftopPosted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were a hit. rooms are a good size and the hotel is in a quiet residential street, there is also a coin laundry on site
Cons: oddly you only get crockery and cutlery in your kitchenette if you ask. just put it in the rooms, the air conditioning was very noisy
Location: The hotel is 3 blocks from Santa Monice Boulevard which means that if you are prepared to brave LA's public transport you can get almost anywhere.
we stayed in a studio suite with a view of a brick wall so there was nothing special about the room itself. the only real issue was that a number of things didnt work (phone, lamp, flyscreen door onto balcony) and getting them fixed was a bit of a trial. the phone took 2 days and the rest werent fixed at all.

Very Nice Friendly HotelPosted Apr 3, 2015
Cons: Ordered Room Service, and bill included service charge & $10 of delivery fee. Charging $10 extra for the delivery was never heard of for the guest.
Overall, had a wonderful stay. I would go back again, but will be careful next time about room service. I found service charge and 10USD additional delivery fee was included into the bill. Hotel breakfast is already kind of over priced, but adding all up, I thought it was a bit too much to pay only for the breakfast.

Nice hotel tuked away in a residential area.Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Boutique size hotel with nice restaurant & relaxing pool & spa. Attention to details(reception/lobby) with bowl of red&green apples.
Cons: Common area carpets needed vacuuming. Elevators were loud.
Location: California Design district, many restaurants & entertainment venues.
Restful & relaxing in the nicely decorated suite. Location is very convenient to shopping & restaurants.

Quiet location on a side street.Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: It's more European. Small but adequate common rooms but nice large suites. Parking was very secure & gated.
My extended family & myself found every accommodation to our satisfaction. We felt very safe.

Nice hotel, but noisy noisy noisyPosted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: Great location, and large clean rooms, but not worth the lack of sleep and general irritation.
Cons: MOVE THE GYM!!
Why a hotel would put their gym facilities on the top floor is beyond me. The banging, thumping and general noise that came from it kept us up all night. At one point we had to call the front desk to find out if there was construction in the building. We later found out from some disgruntled neighbors that these noises were coming from the upstairs gym (which was apparently very popular in the middle of the night).

Great location, excellent accomodations, helpful dPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The staff was friendly courteous and helpful. The suite was perfect in size - recently renovated and well-decorated, quiet and comfortable
Cons: The overnight parking fee for our rented vehicle was pricey
Location: Centered in West Hollywood, yet on a residential street, convenient to local attractions, great restaurants and shopping.
Love the hotel and would certainly return the next time in the area.

Disappointed!Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Have rooms ready when guests arrive. Hire adequate staff for your restaurant. This is an expensive hotel - act like it.
Location: Close to West Hollywood Night life and shopping.
My expectations were high for a fun Valentine's Day getaway but unfortunately we were disappointed by a room that didn't look ready, all the cupboards and the microwave were all open like they were in the middle of cleaning and the flower pot on the patio was just dirt. All the other planters had flowers on the adjacent balconies. They weren't fully booked, perhaps they could have given us another room. The "view" was of a garage and the breakfast the next morning was horrible (cold huevos rancheros!) and the service was worse even though the restaurant was empty. We seated ourselves eventually, then eventually got up to get our own menus, then had to wave down a server to take our order (about 15 min later) then had to ask where our food was after two other tables left after not getting their food at all. I can't recommend and I won't be back.

Jewel in HollywoodallPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: It reminded us of old Hollywood.
Location: Madame Tueassues (sp?) wax Museum, Hollywood walk of fame, The Hollywood sign, The Beverly Center Shopping Mall, Robertson Blvd shopping (OMG!!)
Our stay at Le Parc was fabulous. The location is fantastic. The building is an old condominium complex, true to the old-Hollywood style loaded w/ classic glamour. Our room featured a working gas fireplace, kitchen, pull out sofa plus a full bedroom and large bath w/ oversized vanity area. In other words, plenty of room for all 3 of us. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. The on-site restaurant was truly remarkable with high quality, healthy, typical LA style food. Although we were adjacent to "restaurant row" we chose to dine in the very quaint, intimate restaurant. After dinner we ventured to the roof-top pool area and were awed by the beautiful nighttime view of the Hollywood Hills, Pacific Design Center and other LA highlights. In the AM we dined poolside in a cabana and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and workout areas. All 3 of us agree that Le Parc was quite a find and that we will most definitely stay there again.
