Perfect house, perfect location
The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Although we were staying there to attend Dad's brother's funeral and burial in the cemetery that was just 6 minutes away, the location was very convenient for a quick trip to Townsend for dinner. The house has a lovely living/kitchen area that was spacious enough for our family to sit and share photos and stories. The entire house was very clean and up-to-date. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms convenient.

Great House in quiet neigborhood
We had a great stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were great. The house was the perfect size for 6 people and the owners provided everything we needed for the stay. I would highly recommend this house if you're in the Marville area.

Great place about 35 minutes south of U of Tenn. The house sits just outside one of the best National Parks in the US, the quietness of the countryside of Maryville was welcomed.

Clean, quiet and comfortable
We stayed in this home with our dear friends from Georgia. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of spices and coffee and coffee pods, nice dishware and cookware. We have no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay
This is our third time staying here and we will continue checking it’s availability every time we visit! We thought the AC might be having issues when we arrived, and Joann responded quickly and stayed in contact to make sure we were doing ok. Loved our stay!

access code had expired . We were locked out & could not communicate with VRBO. We had to go back to our home in Knoxville for this 1st of 2 nights

The lock access code had NOT expired but, sadly, our guest didn't have the lock instructions, or our phone number, with them (provided prior via email). Their son called later in the evening and was able access as expected. We also had an agreeable phone conversation with the reviewer... offered, and refunded, most of the first night cost for their trouble (the check cleared today). So we're a bit baffled by the low rating... guess that's how it goes sometimes. Again, sorry for the trouble.

Great stay…again!
This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first! We even already booked for another trip next month. Great house and nice neighborhood. (There was a black bear near the house while we were out and the neighbors came over to let us know as soon as we got back.)

Great location for visiting Smoky Mountains and Knoxville area
Spent four nights here with my parents and kids. Everyone had a great trip and would definitely recommend this location.

Great Stay!
The house was very clean and nicely updated. It was a great place for us to relax in the evenings after visiting family during the day in Knoxville. My brother, his wife, and their three young kids live in Knoxville and having a house to relax in is so much nicer than a hotel stay. We will definitely check availability for our future trips!

Very Nice
The house was just as advertised, very nice and clean home. Owner were very accommodating and quick to respond to message. Not far from Knoxville and Sevierville. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful property and home
