Decent hotel, good for a short stay

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Clean room, nice cafe attached with some nice food.
Cons: There was a very strong smell-very chemical which made it difficult to breathe or fall asleep.
Location: I didn't leave but it seemed quite far away from any ideal locations
I was here for a 15 hour layover and only needed a place to stay.

It is close to the airport, but facilities are bad. The floor of the room was wet, the air conditioner was very noice and it smell bad. Only an option for 1 nightif you night a very short stay close to the airport and you not plan to spend to much time at the hotel.

Worst hotel ever

Posted Dec 11, 2014
Cons: Customer Service! Parking lot
Location: Good
We booked with expedia a room with a queen bed and later we made a change and requested a two beds room and we paid the aditional charge for the room change. When we arrived to the hotel they said we don't have a two beds room and gave us a one queen bed room, which it was not what we paid for. Instead what the hotel gave us was like a very unconfortable very small individual bed like a cot for an aditional $11dollars when we already paid with expedia the change for the 2 beds room! The cot didn't have blankets so we had to go to walmart to buy some blankets, when we request the blanket the solution the hotel gave us was if you are cold just heat up the air conditioning! Completely disaster, I will never recommend this hotel again the worst experience I ever had!

Long Layover

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: Close to the airport and affordable. Has a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour 24/7.
Cons: They should refurbish the main building completely. At least re-carpet the whole place.
Location: My phone said there was a strip-club near by. Don't know of anything else. Just used the hotel to sleep.
Had a long layover at Miami International Airport. Decided to rent a room and this one was the economic option. The staff was nice. Hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Like an old casino. Room was OK. Did not have the cigarette smell at the beginning, but it kind of caught up later. Also, they have a travelers lounge at one end of the main building and it was quite noisy. I have no problem sleeping with noise, but if you do, take that into account. Facilities appeared somehow to be old. At least it felt like that. My room was in the main building, which apparently is old and has lots of millage, nevertheless there are, what appears to be, new room buildings in the back, separated from the main building, which look much better, and probably are. My room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfy. I did rest, nevertheless I would not recommend this hotel. Yet if you choose to stay in it, ask to be located in the rooms in the new buildings in the back instead.

Disappointing Stay.

Posted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: I'm sorry but there was nothing that stand out good about this Hotel.
Cons: I think that the over all ATTITUDE of the STAFFS starting from the MANAGER down, they need training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Location: The location was good because it was not far from the Air Port. I did not go walking.
I had a extremely bad experience staying at this Hotel, The room itself was ok but the phone was not working, the internet was not working, the TV Remote was not working. I went and report the matter to the front desk staff and was told that there was nothing that could be done. Plus they placed me and my wife to the extreme back of building #3 where there was no Security present, we felt so afraid for our safety. We also had four large traveling bags which we had to carry up the stairs to the room. The next morning I wanted to report the matter to the Manager but I was ignored by the Manager, even after standing waiting in front of her. At last I had to leave for the airport completely disappointed with my stay.

I'm glad it was just an overnight.

Posted Dec 7, 2014
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Bathroom, soda machine didn't work.
Location: We were only there for a overnight to catch a morning flight.
The hotel is convenient to the airport and the shuttle driver and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small, the bathroom you could hardly turn around. Sitting on the toilet you almost fell into the shower.

Tolles und freundliches Personal, Hotel schlecht

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: Freundliches Personal
Cons: Sauberkeit

Okay for 2 nights close to the airport

Posted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: Really close to the airport and the Rental Car Center.
Cons: Most of the rooms probably need an update. Some rooms are for smokers and you will notice it at once.
Location: On the 36rd St you will find McDonald´s and ihop and several gas stations where you can buy also fruits, beer and many other things.
Wifi, telephone and the hair dryer didn`t work when we arrived. Soon they brought a new hair dryer. They offered an extra bed for our son for 10$ the night and that was okay.

Not worth the cheap price

Posted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: you need a whole overhaul to improve this place
Not thrilled with this experience, even if it was just for 12 hours. We needed a place close to the airport since we were arriving later in the evening and leaving earlier in the morning. First off, we had to wait for AN HOUR to get the shuttle at the airport. Despite 3 phones calls and "he's almost there" we stood out side for 50 minutes. The hotel was run down, loud and rooms were small. The bed caved in in the middle. Even the shuttle ride back to the airport in the morning was late. Just a dingy, unreliable place that for the money was not worth it. At all.
