ok, aber Service könnte besser sein

Pros: Die Lage ist recht zentral zwischen der Metrostation und einem großen Supermarkt.
Cons: Ein deutlicher Hinweis auf diese nötige Absprache beim Roomservice und das es extra kostet.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und die Küche sauber. Allerdings ist bei 4-7 Tagen Aufenthalt der Roomservice und damit das neue Handtuch nicht inklusive. Dies kostet extra. Da man mich darauf beim Check in nicht abgesprochen hat, habe ich das ganze Wochenende keinen Service gehabt. Dies hat mich etwas gestört.

Expedia is uitstekend; hotel laat te wensen over

Pros: Rustig gelegen hotel
Cons: Wat betreft Expedia.nl: niets --> service is prima. Wat betreft Aparthotel Adagio: klantenservice, met name de nazorg, kan sterk verbeterd worden
Het apartementenhotel heeft helaas niet voldaan aan de verwachtingen. We hadden een apartement gereserveerd maar kregen een combinatie van twee studio's als alternatief voorgesteld. Aangezien er geen andere keuze was, hebben we dit moeten accepteren. Het hotel adverteert met FreeWifi: gedurende ons verblijf van vier dagen was er geen FreeWifi beschikbaar, op geen enkele kamer. Navraag bij de receptie leerde dat het probleem bekend was en dat een monteur zou komen om de Wifi te herstellen. Dit is gedurende ons verblijf niet gelukt. Tot slot: vanwege slecht winterweer zijn we een dag te laat aangekomen. Dit hadden we van tevoren gemeld en ons is door het hotelpersoneel bevestigd dat dit geen probleem was. Tevens is bevestigd dat ons alleen de dagen in rekening zouden worden gebracht die we daadwerkelijk gebruikt hebben. In ons geval: drie in plaats van vier overnachtingen. Uiteindelijk hebben we vier overnachtingen betaald en hebben we achteraf geclaimd voor restitutie van één overnachting. Het Aparthotel Adagio wilde ons niet restitueren. Expedia.nl heeft vervolgens de claim overgenomen en ons de restitutie verleend. We zijn dus zeer tevreden over Expedia.nl maar bevelen dit hotel niet aan bij andere reizigers.

Wifi is not a luxury!

The hotel issues a username and password that is device specific and each guest gets maximum one username regardless of what he needs. This is not anymore valid in this age when the internet is a very basic requirement not a luxury.

Shower issues

Pros: Convenience quality, space comfort, peace and quiet.
Cons: plumbing adjustment needed.
Location: CNEN nearby for business. Place Montrouge for food.
My shower was freezing cold. My colleague next door's shower was boiling hot. Need to sort the plumbing out. Other than that excellent for the price.

Friendly staff but slow fix

Pros: Friendly staff, reasonable distance from Metro station (line 4), close to grocery stores, kitchen with good electric stoves, OK street view
Cons: critical functions like wifi should be covered by emergency service plans -- very important for international travelers.
Location: close to metro (10 min walk, OK with carry on luggages), close to grocery and a few small restaurants
Everything is good but holiday season repair is extremely slow. Hotel wifi went down on our 3rd day of weekly rental and it never got fixed till we left -- very bad for international travelers like us who had to use expensive cellular roaming as alternative for next day trip planning and picture sharing with friends.

Nous avons séjourné pour la première fois dans un APARTHOTEL ADAGIO, celui-ci était situé à MONTROUGE. Nous tenons à vous faire part de nôtre entière satisfaction à tous les niveaux : accueil à la réception, conception de l'appartement très bien pensé, propreté, calme, gentillesse de la part du personnel. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet APARTHOTEL.

A very well run hotel

Pros: The kitchen is well stocked and very function, with the exception of lacking backing abilities.
In the best sense, it is a very modern and professionaly run company. I also think it is a very good value in Paris. And maybe more than we expected, the location is better than we anticipated. When we booked the hotel, we knew that it was 3 miles to the south of central Paris. And as we expected, the neighborhood was not well heeled. However, the hotel is very close to an important metro line. This line runs north straight through the heart of Paris; consequently, most of Paris is on the same metro line as this hotel. In other words, the location of this hotel is not as much of a difficulty to overcome as somebody might expect.

L'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour y faire sa cuisine (couverts, plats etc), le confort est la, les lieux sont clairs et lumineux... Une alternative intéressante par rapport à une formule hotel + restaurant ?

Apt. hotel away from city centre + close to Metro

Pros: Affordable as is away from city centre and having a kitchenette to make our meals was an asset.
Cons: Upgrade old stained carpet and would be nice to have a toaster in room, have 2 pillows/persons and face clothes for the bathroom.
Location: Nice shopping in the distract a few blocks away. Lots of shops, small dept. store with groceries and convenient store across the street.
The reception area is nice and we were assigned #101. When we walked in I was disgusted at the filth of the carpet. Large stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. The room itself was o.k. with Murphy bed, kitchenette and all supplies you need except toaster. Our coffee maker died and it took 2 days to get a new one as we had to ask 3 times. I expressed my concerns about the disgusting carpet and the nice gentleman at the front desk told me that they were in the process of updating all the suites from the top floor down. Front desk was very helpful with info, booking shuttle, etc. and as I couldn't get my wi-fi to work in the hotel they have a computer in the lobby that you can use, given the passcodes. Although this apt. hotel is a distance from city centre it is only a 10 min. walk to the metro station and they have such a great system you can get anywhere in a very short time. I would go back there if I was assured the flooring had been updated.

A wonderful Stay

We Stayed four nights to visit our son. The apartment was clean and the kitchenette provided opportunity to make breakfast in the morning and the Fridge, to store wine and cheese for our picnics. The Metro was a 8-10 minute walk and line 4 takes you everywhere you want to be in Paris. The staff was friendly and helpful- We had a Wonderful stay
