nice hotel close to subway and restaurantsPosted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Amanda at front desk was very helpful!
Cons: A coffee pot in lobby and a business area would be nice.
Location: Try Rachaels mexican on 5th street. small but the best salsa and homemade tortillas.
Hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and subway just down the street. Fresh bagels for breakfast were nice. I like the way they take your order the night before and bring at your selected time.

This hotel has seen better daysPosted Mar 3, 2015
This hotel may have been nice once but it is starting to show it's wear and just a lack of attention to detail (like the mop bucket and bags of trash in the lobby) - our desk chair was an old metal folding chair, the counter/desk had a huge dirty crack in it and I found all the (really) blue lighting outdated. The bfast they bring to your room is quite nice and all the staff who handled that were wonderful.

Very disappointing. Did not arrive until 10:30 pm. Room was uncomfortably cold (the temperatures outside were in the single digits). No heat had been turned on. The TV remote did not work. The mattress on bed was soft, almost as if it were an old mattress turned over. The room was clean and staff were all apologies.

Modern and Clean, Convenient Location!Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. You receive delicious complementary breakfast in the morning. Refrigerator in room. Great décor. Parking.
Cons: The shower, there was no separation between the shower floor and the bathroom floor. My Husband says it may have been for persons using a wheelchair.
Location: Near BK Barclays Center. Near trains, supermarkets and restaurants. Also, there is the yellow cab taxi service right next door.
My Husband and I stayed at Hotel Le Bleu just for a get away night. When we arrived the staff was quickly attentive and lobby very nice. Great first impression. We checked in without hassle and proceeded to the elevators. You have to use your room key in the elevator to proceed to your floor which is kind of cool and it means not anyone can just come up! We got to our room and the décor is seriously beautiful. All white modern furniture and that blue light illuminating over the headboard sets a great vibe. You can control the temperature in the room and room has basic cable channels. Now the bathroom was nice and clean, however the shower was a little weird as there was no separation between the regular floor and the shower floor. But the most memorable of all...THE BED! I mean, you will not want to get up, this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever felt. I am even looking into purchasing it for my home. Over all, great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Great hotel for singles or couplesPosted Feb 5, 2015
The staff was great, specifically Tanya. The room was almost perfect; although some water wear from the (great) shower was evident on the floor near the toilet. The shower had a bit of similar wear and mildew and could have used a good scrubbing, but overall the room was clean and comfortable. The free popcorn and water upon arrival and the delivered breakfast are definite pluses, as was the (limited) parking directly in front of the hotel.

Good Motel; mediocre "breakfast"Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: See above.
Cons: Breakfast (see above)
Location: Plenty of shops, cafes, and the like in pleasant brownstone are
A fine clean motel. Rooms are as warm as one would wish on a very chilly night. Shower was warm also. Beds were good. Late-night reception was very gracious; departure was nothing special. I found the breakfast lacking. It was brought up to the room at the pre-arranged time in a paper bag. There was nothing warm in it; no fruit or juice. In my case, it was mostly relatively dry pastry--croissants, Danishes, and the like. Cereal and milk and orange juice would have helped. Other possibilities would have been hard-boiled egg or milk.
