A great property in an up and coming area of Hells Kitchen! Love the fact that theres so many difernt room types, can really target the best one for you. Rooms are neat clean and bright, i had a junior suite with a fabulous bathtub in the room-My favorite feature. Staff was not overbearing(but there when you needed them) which is so nice when you want a bit of privacy!

Hotel is in a fairly good location if you are fine walking a bit. It is a 16 minutes walk to Times Square, and slightly lesser to subway stations. The hotel lobby was great, we reached the hotel early in the morning and they were able to get us a room by around noon. The room was very clean. The bathroom floor looked a little dirty, but wasn't actually dirty I believe - it was just the style of the floor. When we asked for extra soap, they were quick to provide that. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation and the hotel does not have a pool/hot tub, so we couldn't try many of the amenities. We did not end up trying the gym. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would consider it again if we are in the area.

The hotel itself is nice. Unfortunately the restaurant/bar was not open. The room was a bit run down. Lighting that had torn shades. The windows were drafty and not sound proof and the shades were quite tired too. Couch had a tear in cushion. The shower had a rain shower and a body shower that would leak badly because of a broken dial. Unless they upgraded the facility I will not stay here again

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent bed and bathroom. Heater was very loud and did not maintain temperature. Never got above 70 degrees. But we got an extra blanket and turned off the heater and was satisfied. All other amenities were excellent.

High ceilings, space, clean rooms, friendly staff, good views from any higher floor - and all away from the hustle and bustle but a 5-10 minute walk to heart of Hell’s Kitchen and theater district. Love it!

The staff was great However, my room experience was awful… booked a skyline view and ended up getting a Regular room the first night on top of the the room that I slept in the first night smelt like vomit… when I asked if I could change the room they refused to do so

Staying at this hotel was a bit like being on a pirate ship— rocky, noisy, and a bit dirty. This property is in rough shape the carpets, the furniture, the bathrooms are all in need of major repairs. Then there was a $40 a night amenities charge? The staff was very friendly and the room was large.

Parking was horrible. So get there before 11PM to use valet. Otherwise you will have to walk blocks with your luggage. Also no self Parking nearby.

I have doubts over the hotel being a 4 star. Very poor bathrooms, and also something was not right, as we all did not sleep and my kids really struggled, even after changing the room 3 times. In the end we went to another hotel, and it was amazing.

I was charged $200.00 deposit fee when I checked in and I was informed that amount would be credited back after my checkout. It has not being credited yet, I called the hotel and now they informed me it will take 6 business day. I do not agree. Besides they charged me a bar fee, I never used the bar. What can Expedia do for me? I make reservation for my company frequently. I would like to be able to avoid this kind of problem in the future. Thank you.

Small and intimate boutique hotel, which doesn’t surprise me, because we’ve also stayed at the Klimpton property in Salt Lake City to attend a concert a couple of times The staff at this hotel are genuinely warm and kind, doesn’t depend on which of the crew is on, they are always ready to answer questions and assist I highly recommend the location if you wanted to attend Broadway shows, eat at some wonderful, dining, restaurants, or just walk the city Leed

The restaurant and bar are closed until June. No onsite food or beverages except for coffee and tea in the morning. The closest thing is a deli a block away. I wasn't aware of it until I was onsite. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful however.

I stayed at this hotel in 2018 and some things have changed about the hotel that I’m sad about and I hope they can right the ship. I raved and raved to my son about the rooftop lounge and the panoramic views only to come to the hotel and find the rooftop lounge and restaurant closed until May or the Summer. Also, Kimpton who’s known for their luxury boutique hotels no longer owns the hotel. Staff also put us in a handicapped room and the water leaked from the shower when my son took a shower. Thankfully, the staff moved us to another room, which should have been the room they moved us to in the first place. It’s still a nice hotel, but right now it’s not the same. I hope they can get their mojo back.

I actually ended up booking this hotel that I’ve never heard of and was praying that it was gonna be okay. The first day was great. Then the next day it was no sleep at all. Loud and from 3am-7am no sleep. And being that my daughter was doing an audition it was even worse. The staff were nice and friendly but no matter what they did to the room next door those people didn’t stop the screaming.

The hotel needs a refresher as I found the condition stale and dark. The room was pretty dirty and not even a coffee machine. It was a pretty inconvenient location, and the room lacked light.
