Posted Oct 31, 2013It's a very good hotel, especially if to count the price. Positive moments, hotel has a parking. There are some good café near, and some shops. And it's easy to get to the Falls, that is most important thing.

Very Clean and Tidy Hotel
Posted Oct 30, 2013Pros: It was very clean and tidy. No mold or bugs. Sheets on the bed were very fresh and crisp.
Cons: New firmer mattresses.
Location: There were restaurants nearby and it's very close to a highway access, so that makes it very handy for travelling.
The hotel was very clean and tidy. So was the bathroom. It was properly maintained. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. And there were no bedbugs. So for an overnight stay it was great from that point of view. My only criticism is that the beds are very soft. I think they could use new firmer mattresses for our room. There was traffic driving by...it didn't bother me, but some people it might as it was near a highway exit. For a overnight stay the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel close to food and shoping

Cons: It's old and a little run down , needs work..
Location: it was near food and shoping , four miles from the falls..
It was Ok we just used it to lay our head , for we were on the go all day long, the rates were fair for what it was , a little run down and the smell of cleaning fluid was strong

Very noisy street.

Cons: Insulate the walls for better sound-proofing, invest in some new towels, fix the toilet, fix the TV remote and some maint to perk the place up a bit!
Location: Right on the noisy Niagara Falls Blvd, access to some restaurants, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, ...
The only pleasant thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. Hotel is U-shaped and our room was right at the front and almost right on Niagara Falls Blvd, which we weren't made aware of when booking. Stay away from any hotels direcly on Niagara Falls Blvd, unless you like to be awake all night. Our TV remote did not work, the toilet kept shifting side to side, towels were ripped, walls super thin ... so much so that you could hear the conversations in the next room and the air conditioning unit that was installed on the wall, was so poorly installed that there were holes around it streaming light into the room from outside!

Good Hotel for staying.

Cons: Internet Connection was not good. Disconnect lots of time. Need to improve.
Location: Not near by Niagara Falls. But local bus service available. Free Bus pass provide from Hotel reception.
Hotel was good. They provided daily local bus day passes for Hotel to Niagara Falls and vice versa. Locality was good. There had lots of restaurant for food. Near by Chines Restaurant was good and cheap respect to near Niagara Falls Restaurant. Hotel owner was good and helpful.
