Convenient locationPosted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was ideally suited for being able to park and have easy access into town. Tram was right around corner which brings you directly to Plaza Garibaldi and where you can take bus to Nice. All transports cost 1.5€ and are safe, clean and efficient. Only negative was wifi was not connectable even in lobby but rooms have hard wire connections. Also room layout was odd due to bed placement but kitchenette was nice to have, especially refrigerator. Desk (Yues) was extremely helpful and patient in giving directions and helping to find and book next accommodation. He was best tour guide you could have.

Great studioPosted Nov 10, 2013
Great studio accommodation for myself but maybe a little small for more than 1. I liked having my own cooking facilities and jug since I was travelling solo. Tram is very close to take you into the main sights and the beach front but otherwise it's a nice easy 20-30min walk. As a solo female I felt safe walking to and from the apartment.

Combined Business convention & short break NicePosted Oct 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff were very friendly and helpful at Appart'City Nice. The Bathroom was somewhat unsatisfactory with broken shower fitting and stained floor. Otherwise it was very adequate. The Kitchenette was simply too small and it was really difficult to do anything in it. We decided not to even try to cook. There was also a shortage of some equipment, forks, cork screw, plate etc. The replacements/ repairs were not attended to during our stay despite our request (1 Week). The beds were comfortable and we were happy with the sleeping accommodation. It concerned me that the front door was left unlocked quiet often at night when reception was unattended. This allowed entry to the building to anyone. If I returned I would choose a larger apartment.

Convenient but sometimes a hasslePosted Oct 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Convenient, close to a tram stop and close to the relatives I was visiting. Location is not ideal for checking in. There is nowhere to park in front of the hotel to drop off bags. There is a parking lot for the tram that you can use which is about 500m from the front of the building. Check-in on the weekends is a hassle. I had done it before so I knew the drill. Lots of people waiting in the lobby trying to get access to their hotel keys. Numbers provided to call to get information did not always yield useful information. Not all needed information is contained in the packet provided with the keys. You use your key to get into the parking garage but then need a code to open a gate inside the parking garage (not provided in paperwork). WiFi is difficult since there are 10-15 choices to choose to connect, none of them the hotel WiFi. They do provide a hard line to connect but constant log-ins are needed to maintain service. The shower floor has a rusty/dirty look to it and a note said that they are working on finding a solution to this problem and that the problem is not dirt or mold but a tile installation/grout issue. Not sure this is the case, there was some mold on the shower walls. You do have to take out your own garbage and there is only one place to put it (on the ground floor). There is a club on the Route de Turin side so weekends are noisy late into the morning and the windows don't provide adequate soundproofing.

Good apartment, well located.Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: The hotel had everything you need in the kitchen and the staff was welcoming. The location was pretty convenient.
Cons: The shower was dirty and the bathroom didn't have ventilation. The rooms were oddly furnished so that the closet couldn't be used.
Location: The train station and tram stop are very closeby. There is also a supermarket and you can reach the beach and old town by foot.
This hotel/apartment was close enough to reach the beach by foot but also close to the tram. The address itself is difficult to find as the number listed actually belongs to an abandoned building. The area looks kind of sketchy as well. The place was clean except for the shower.

Great concept; a little more housekeepingPosted Oct 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is reasonably new and the rooms basically OK with a living and bedroom it was fine for 3 adults. The bathroom floors needed a thorough scrubbing. The kitchen was equipped but had no sharp knives for cutting. I'd consider staying again because the price was right for the amenities, but other "residence" style hotels I have stayed in were better maintained.

Hotel located close to public transportation.Posted Oct 2, 2013
Had bad experience, when we arrived at 7:30pm reception was closed ( it should be opened till 8 pm). First time with car in this Hotel - recepy for disaster: no proper explanation during booking how to manage self parking.

Would not reccomendPosted Sep 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
I would never stay here again or recommend. The man at the front desk was horribly rude and unaccommodating. We were having trouble getting our car out of the car park across the street. We got in line for the front desk to get change for the car park (watched him make change for guests in front of us). When we got up to him, he said it was our problem with the car park and he could not help with change. Begrudgingly, he tossed his pen into the air and threw some change onto the counter. At one point in our stay, he informed us "this is not a hotel" even though it is listed on "hotels.com." The bathroom was filthy with ground in black grime all over the floor. The beds were clean enough, but the rest of the experience was so souring, it did not matter.

In general, it was a good experience.Posted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Good location, clean, close to restaurants, coffees, stores and public transport.
Cons: Get wireless internet in the rooms instead of just the front desk at the reception. Get a safe to avoid people taking all their values with them.
Location: The hotel is close to restaurants, coffees, stores and etc and 30 mins walk to the beach or 10 mins by Tram.
When I got there to check in it was 21:00 and their office was closing for the day at that precise moment but the guy who was closing it decided to check me in anyway, which was good for me otherwise I would have nowhere to sleep during my first night. He tried to find my name in his computer's system and he couldn't find me, although I had paid in full before my trip I started panicking. Eventually he gave me a room and said there was a mistake. I asked him whether he had received my fax explaining I would be arriving at 21:00 and he replied they have no time to check fax or who is sending what to who because they have so many rooms and it would be impossible to do so. The room was comfortable, clean, good size. The hotel is well located close to public transport, supermarket, restaurants, coffees and etc. I didn't like the fact this hotel has not a safe because I had to carry with me everything valuable, not because it wouldn't be safe to leave my stuff in the room, it's just because so many friends had things mysteriously disappearing from their hotel rooms all over Europe and for this reason I didn't want to take any chance. If there is no safe I take my belongs with me such as passport, money, watches, jewellery and so on. Perhaps it would have been safe to leave them in the room but I will never know it. Another strange thing was the fact that their wifi internet only works at the reception therefore everyone has to go there to check e-mails.
