Cons: Shouldn't have to pay for internet everyday. Better selection with TV channels
Nice Hotel but not the Sheraton that I am accustomed to.

Cons: Fixing the hot tub and making sure room is ready (they had to come replace 3 lightbulbs someone had stolen)
Location: Very convenient to airport
The staff were accommodating, the bathrooms and rooms were very nice and looked well taken care of and updated. The bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was that the hot tub was closed for repairs and I would've liked to know this before going. Also the pool closes early at 8pm.

Posted Feb 2, 2015Checked in with my parent the night before flying out of IAD. Both my parents and my bed was horrible. It makes sounds when you move around. Very uncomfortable. Room not clean. Dust is everywhere. The only positive thing was the lady who was serving breakfast buffet the next morning was extremely nice. I think her name is Mulu.
