good hotel for the price which was $43 per nightPosted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: The price was right and it was clean. Anything we needed, the staff provided including extra towels. I felt safe staying here.
Cons: The carpet should be replaced.
Location: It was 30 minutes from the Santa Anita Track. Plenty of good places to eat nearby. Neighborhood seemed safe.
There were 5 of us traveling to work at The Breeders Cup in Santa Anita. We needed two rooms and did not want to pay a lot. The two rooms here cost the same as one room at most motels/hotels. I did ask for adjoining but there were none available with two beds in each and they could not put us on the same floor. But it turned out OK because we were on the end with stairs separating the two rooms. One room did not have a phone, remote control or iron and the refrigerator did not work. One call to the office and these things were cheerfully corrected. The rooms were clean but the carpets were old and really should be replaced but I just wore shoes or slippers at all times. Hey, for the price it was a good place to stay. Now if I paid 80-140 I would not have been happy but at $43 a night, this place is worth it.

Travel Lodge OntarioPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Clean, and quiet. Good hot water pressure in the showers. The staff and management were very helpful when needed.
Cons: Wireless internet could use some improvements in terms of range.
Location: Airport is close by. More shopping than you can do in a few weeks. Numerous movie theaters and eating establishments,
I was in town for 5 days. Having managed a Motel in the past, I was surprised at the efficiency and responsiveness at all levels of the staff whether it was management, facilities maintenance or housekeeping. The room was keep meticulously clean as well as stocked. Security was good with the parking lot being well lit and cameras properly positioned throughout the premises. If your are looking for a clean, affordable and well maintained place to stay, I would recommend this Travel Lodge.

TV nor fridge were not workingPosted Oct 28, 2013
I checked in late. I verified that TV nor fridge were not working. In the following morning, I notified the person who was in the recpetion (a guy, around 7:30am, Oct 26). When I got back in the room late that day, neither the TV nor fridge were working. In the next day, when I checked out, I notified the reception again.

Not recommendedPosted Oct 28, 2013
The websites pictures and overall view on this hotel is not what you are expecting when you walk into these rooms. They smelled weird, the sheets were yellow, the comforter had holes in it. The bathroom was gross. Didn't even want to shower in there.

Pros: Pet friendly
Location: Near Airport and large park , but there is a lot of traffic near the Hotel.
Great Staff Area is a little to be concerned about but overall if your traveling with Pets you can't go wrong.

Nice motel, not so nice staff.Posted Sep 23, 2013
A decent place to stay. Not bad looking on the outside, and the room was nice and comfortable. My problem with this motel, however, was the staff. Everyone knows the check out time for a motel, pretty much no matter where you stay, is 11 am. So, I certainly did not appreciate the maid knocking on the door at 10, telling us it was time to go. Then after repeated phone calls, the manager finally came up exactly at 11. However, by that time we were already getting into the car, ready to leave. If guests are not out in time, then I understand. But I thought what they did, was just rude and uncalled for.

Pleasant SurprisePosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Most affordable. Nicely renovated bathroom. Wonderful air conditioner. Young man at evening desk was most attentive. Unfortunately, after his making repeated late night attempts to reach maintenance personnel, the additional safety latch on the door was not able to be repaired. Nonetheless, we slept well.
