Lovely family room so comfortable to sit and gather. Additional dining table or use it for a fun game area.
1 King bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor. Primary bedroom has an ensuite.
Basement has a huge family room and a large screen TV. Off the family room is a really fun game room!!
A king bedroom with a set of bunk beds, another king bedroom and a bunk room are also in the basement.
Also so much driveway parking as well covered parking.

Guest Access:
Access is given using a code lock

The Neighborhood:
Such a quiet street and neighborhood. Come and sit on the back deck and enjoy the large back yard and the view of the mountains!

So close to everything in Orem that you will never know that you are minutes from anything you want to do in Orem!
