From messed up reservations to lack of proper linens to a refrigerator that 'ticked' loudly for the entire stay to a lady at the front desk who didn't know what a wash cloth was, it was a disaster! Do not stay here! It ranks below Motel 6.

Very inexpensive, you get what you pay forPosted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Confined between two other locations, so parking was horrible.
Cons: Cater more to your guest's needs, especially when traveling in for a conference and events are planned with specifc times. Beef up the Internet!
Location: There were restaurants near by since it was on a busy road.
Hotel would not allow early check in, rooms had no tools, Internet was nearly non-existent. Room needed a good scrubbing, but maids were friendly. Witnessed the night clerk respond rudely to a guest who paid a service which double booked the room. Had to have the room keys replaced or recharged everyday. Not what we expected from a Ramada hotel chain.

Filthy messy bugsPosted Feb 24, 2015
This room was very disgusting, there was bed bugs, and it was filthy. I do not recommend this hotel and I suggest Expedia take them off their list.

Not a 3 star as describedPosted Feb 19, 2015
Room was not very clean, housekeeping skipped a day also. Had to go to the desk every day to get washcloths. One day they left our door open while we were out.

Pros: I did like the $7.44 breakfast buffet the chef was very friendly and made a great omlet
Cons: They need to modernize the decor and get a better computer system.
Location: The location was a little too far from the action for me. I didn't see a whole lot of things to do near the hotel
The hotel did not know which of their rooms had bee cleaned and it took them three trys to find a clean room. In addtion, when they finall found a clean room they only gave us one key and deactivated before our stay was finished. The staff made no apologies for the constant mistakes. I would never recommed this hotel to a fellow traveler.

Pros: The staff were very helpful, Carl the chef who cooked a great breakfast and recommended me a place to go one evening which I enjoyed.
Cons: The bedroom I was in could do with updating the carpet was rather old and stained. but the general condition of the hotel seemed good, great price.
I was here for 3 days and 4 nights. I arrived very late on Thursday, the staff were expecting me. I was here just to relax. Which I did.

Friendly staff and nice location. Rooms were not up to par, not fully cleaned, stained comforter. Had to change rooms at least three to four times.

Nice hotel close to Medieval Times Dinner Theater.Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: You could smoke outside on the balcony/walkway, large rooms, breakfast available.
Cons: The one receptionist is not friendly and kind of curt.
Location: Kissimmee Florida location close to Medieval Dinner show, Al Capones dinner theater, Walmart, Old Town
Came for Valentine's weekend along with another couple as a surprise for our husbands. Room was large and comfortable. Beds were great. Had the breakfast buffet and it was really good and reasonable price. Would definately come back again!
