Old Hotel not up to current standard!

Pros: Old, charm, historic hotel in the old neighborhood.
Location: The location is good, with all convenient things (i.e., restaurants, supermarkets, etc) around, within short driving distances.

I was pleasantly surprized by the whole experience. From the friendly staff to the very reasonable price. The place looked great and was very comfortable. Was easy to get to and close to a lot of close attractions.

This hotel stated it offered a free continental breakfast but did not!!! When asked about the breakfast they said, "we have a restaurant around the corner" I book because of the breakfast.

Ramada Kissimmee Rom 212

Pros: Comfy bed, Nice TV and bathroom.
Cons: The fridge made a noise that was annoying at night. The air conditioning was also noisy if I wanted it on during the night.
Location: Great location for what I was doing whilst in Kissimmee. Plenty to do and see close by and good parking.
The overall room was fine and comfortable, however house keeping kept trying to come and clean the room at 10am when what I really wanted when I was on holiday was a lie in. Also when I then asked not to have house keeping come at all as I was quite able to make the bed, they still came twice more waking me up both times. I even got a do not disturb sign on my door, but that went missing.

this hotel sucks

Pros: nothing
Cons: Service and housekeeping.
Location: 15 mins to Disney parks
Room safe not working, bed and trash not taken out. It offered free breakfast on expedia but they said since May it should have been taken out. $6.95 for breakfast. Towels were not always there, one day I had wash and hand towels, the other I didn't. Terrible experience.

Everything was fine till ... they charged me for a new reservation by mistake they said the refund the money and i haven't getting my refund yet
