Unable to get into the building and unable to contact the manager, the stay here was terrible. Absolutely terrible and I would strongly recommend not booking here as you'll likely be on your own for the night.

Bei Mitbewohnern kein check-in möglich, deshalb waren die Gemeinschaftsräume belegt; kein wifi

Terrible service couldn't get in.
There is noone available to give you access to this property. An access code should be sent. However it was not sent and noone answered the mobile phone number given, phone number directed from that answer machine, text messages or email account for the property for well over an hour. My daughter was left stood outside in the rain in December at night whilst we tried to get in touch with someone. Hotels.com intervened and were transferring her to another property as they couldn't get an answer either. As they were doing so someone rang back, claimed repeatedly the code had been sent, then when it was evidenced it hadn't been sent repeatedly blamed hotels.com for supplying the wrong number, when it was evidenced they hadn't they continued to state it was all someone else's fault: mine, my daughter's, hotels.com. In fact their system is not set up right and they don't have people on duty as they should. At one point I was told "it is hotels.com fault - we always have this problem with them" but then on other occassions I was told it was a complete one off.
Company to completely avoid.
