Nothing fancy but clean & comfortable

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Stayed for two nights, the room was clean & the price was affordable. The only drawback was the room didn't have blowdryer so I went to sleep with wet hair, other then that I would recommend it.

You get what you pay for!

Pros: The pool and the friendliness of the owner.
Cons: It's an old hotel and it looks it.
Location: It was in a great location, near shopping, dining and entertainment.
The first room we received was old, dirty and the airconditioner did not work. After three hours the room was just as hot as when we arrived. We asked for a new room and the owner was very helpful and gave us a very nice, large, clean room with working A/C. The pool was the best part. It was large, clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. It was sheltered from the road and mostly quiet for being on a main road.

Extremely old motel, needs major improvements

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Only the size of the pool.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Wet N' Wild soak city
The rooms needed major improvements. Very old motel. The only thing that made us stay was the pool (not so clean though). Air conditioning was horribly old and loud at night. When we got to our room around 10pm, it was 104+ inside the room, they didn't even bother to turn the AC on prior to our arrival. We had to go out for a couple of hours for the room to become habitable and cool, so we could breath. Everything was to the point of breaking inside the room: very old TV, lamps were falling apart. Pillows were the worst I have had anywhere so far. Very bad experience.

Clean, plenty of room and affordable.

Pros: Clean, affordable, and nice pool
Cons: Turn the air on in a room if you know you're putting people in it!
Location: Kind of sketchy looking area but super close to downtown Palm Springs and a few mini malls with shopping, dining and groceries.
Pros: affordable, close to a lot of things, nice pool and clean Cons: room was SUPER hot! It took forever for the air conditioning to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. It also, from the outside, doesn't seem to be in a very nice area of town.

Well maintained and located

Posted Apr 2, 2014
Pros: Our room, #20, was unusually large for a motel (designed for handicap access) and conveniently located on first level adjacent to entry to parking.
This motel is not new but has been well maintained. It is located just south of the Palm Springs downtown area, a little far to walk but easily driven. A very good coffee shop (Koffee) nearby and a few shops. Easy parking. Wifi is a little quirky but generally worked fine.

Nice hotel.

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: I liked the laundry on site, the kitchen area in the room.
Location: There was a great Mexican restaurant within a block.
This was a nice hotel. Relatively inexpensive for Palm Springs. The owners were very helpful with answering questions about area, etc. Laundry on site.

Clean and functional

Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, and the kitchenette.
Cons: Updates needed throughout.
Location: It's just south of N. Palm Canyon Dr., and has nice views of the mountains from many rooms.
This is not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, quiet, and at least some of the rooms have kitchenettes. If you're coming to Palm Springs for luxury, this is not your hotel. If you have to be in the city for business and don't want to drop a lot of money, this is the place for you.

Pleasant Surprise

Posted Jan 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was a spacious room that was also very quiet, despite being near the pool. Kitchen had a stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Coffee maker was adequate, but they only left me one coffee pod. The office happily supplied more on request. Parking was abundant. I would stay here again.

Good value, but not much there.

Smelly room, but otherwise clean. Very simple, of course because the price is right.
