Great Little Hotel

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful front desk staffs, easy access from the airport by Air France Bus & RER.
Cons: The housekeeping could be more generous in replenishing the toiletries.
Location: The hotel is conveniently accessible by 2 metros (Argentine & CDG Etoile) with M1,2,6 & RER A lines that give direct access to many Paris attractions.
This hotel is a great find though the rooms are so much smaller as seen on the website. I arrived at the hotel around 10am after the long and tiring flight. To my surprise I was given my room key for early check-in at no extra cost. Check in was smooth and fast with a friendly smile. The room was clean and super quiet with no noise at all from the busy streets below.

Acacias Etoile Hotel, Paris.

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: The character of it, not impersonal like many places.
Cons: Cannot honestly think of anything.
Location: Ten minutes from Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle Etoile RER station with trains direct to Disneyland. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars.
Excellent hotel very near Arc De Triomphe, loads of good restaurants and bars, but with a feel of the 'real' Paris. Staff at hotel very helpful and welcoming, tried room service for breakfast and couldn't believe the amount of food and quality.

Nice hotel, very friendly service.

Pros: The convenient location, it's close to many cafes, patisseries, metro stops, hair and beauty salons.N The location is nice and quiet.
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: There are many cafes and patisseries. It's a short walk to the Champs Elysees.
The hotel staff was courteous and friendly and also extremely helpful. The rooms were always nice and clean and you felt safe. Since this was our first time in Paris, we felt like we were surrounded by friends.

Nice Hotel

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Room was fine air con worked and bathroom facilities were very good.
Cons: Working safe
Location: Location great plenty to do nearby
Nice hotel in a great location handy for the metro and central Paris plenty of bars & Restaurants close by. We only had one problem with the room and that was the safe was not working. I twice spoke to reception staff and was told it would be fixed it never was. One of the main things I look for in a hotel is a safe for keeping passports valuables etc so was very disappointed this was not fixed.

Convenient and quiet hotel

Posted Sep 7, 2014
I needed a hotel to overnight in Paris before flying home, and this one was nice, reasonably priced (for Paris), and quiet. It is a short walk to the Metro/RER A, making it easy to meet friends across town for dinner and to take the train in the morning to the airport. I would stay here again. Note that the rooms are small and basic, but adequate.

Good quality 3 star hotel.

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Pleasant & helpful reception staff. Resonable Wifi signal.
Cons: Better Wifi signal strength. Internet facilities.
Location: Good position, close to Metro and within 5 - 10 minutes of the Champs Elysees and Air France coach stop. Hotel neighbour in a quite street.
Hotel a few minutes walk from the Champs Elysees. Also ideally positioned for the Air France coach stop from CDG airport, which takes out the hassle of transport using the Metro and RER trains. Hotel was accommodating, and had 2 adjoining rooms for us as requested. We did not have any breakfast at the hotel, but than there is a bakery literally 2 minutes from the hotel and plenty of cafe's. Argentina Metro station is also very close so can get to other areas without any problems. 1 ticket is used for each single trip on the metro and the ticket lasts for 2 hours before you have to use another, best to buy a book of 10 if you are going to do a lot of trips. Paris is easy to get around using the Metro, walking or taking the cruise down the Seine. Busy area's were Lourve Museum, Notre dame, Palace of Versailles-long queues so expect to start early.

Excellent location

Great time near Arc decTriumph. Good links by train to Disneyland Paris and airport. I went with my daughter for 4 days and had a lovely time. The staff are helpful, hotel is very clean and we had a great time. I would recommend it although the rooms are very small and not much to do at the hotel. We had breakfast there and slept. We were out all day!

Lovely Paris hotel in an ideal location

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Location Cleanliness Quiet
Location: Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Place de Concorde, the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, Notre Dame etc. all within easy distance on foot or Metro.
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a 4 night break in Paris. It was in a superb location, only a few hundred metres from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and the RER/metro station, in a quiet side street. The rooms are pretty small but clean and perfectly adequate and the immediate area has some great bars and restaurants so you don't have to venture out too far if you don't want to. We didn't use any of the hotel's facilities so I can't comment on those but I would certainly recommend the hotel for a short break, especially for it's location. You wouldn't want to spend a great deal of time in the room (due to its size) but we went to Paris to see the city so the hotel was really only used as somewhere to sleep! We walked down the Champs Elysees every morning into central Paris, which is an easy walk but the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station (accessed from Rue du Carnot 2 mins around the corner from the hotel) would take you there very quickly.
