Convenient location, clean/quiet/friendly.Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: It was awesome to have a balcony! Great location in center of Paris.
Location: Great places to eat nearby in the Latin quarter. Easy access to all of Paris from this location.
Great location near just off the Place Saint-Michel train stop. Extremely helpful/friendly staff. The room was great (and had a balcony, which we didn't realize when we booked, so was a nice bonus).

Pros: There is a rooftop bar that has views in all directions. Be there in the evenings on the hour to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle!
Location: Perfect spot for the walker to get to many sites. Many good restaurants nearby. RER station 1 block away with direct line to Versailles and CDG.
If you are looking for a quaint classic Parisian hotel experience, this is not it. However, if you are looking for a reasonably priced option at a perfect location for touring Paris that has all the basics you need, then sign up. The hotel is very modern in style with rooms sized in the European fashion (small). But, who is in Paris to sit in a hotel room?

Wonderful Location but overpriced.Posted May 14, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location.
Location: The hotel is a minute away from the Metro from where you can reach everywhere in Paris quickly. There are many local restaurants in the neighborhood.
There was a discrepancy with the room booked through Expedia and the hotel. We were given a small room that only partially matched our expectations. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the housekeeping staff could not grasp the concept of the request to have more towels each day. We requested additional pillows and were told the hotel did not have any. The internet did not work in the guest room and did not get fixed. Lastly, after settling my account, leaving a zero balance, the hotel made an unauthorized charge to my credit card.

Great Location!Posted May 8, 2015
Motel is in an excellent location of Paris. Metro Station is within seeing distance from the Motel Front Door; Saint Michel Fountain is 50 Steps from the Motel Front Entrance; Towers/ Notre Dame Cathedral is a 2 minute walk from the Motel (across the river); The Metro Station next to the motel offered direct route (w/out having to change metro lines w/ luggage - very important) from the Motel directly to the Heathrow Airport (40 Minute Route); bicycle rentals next to Motel. Other great features included - Top of Motel has open floor with bar/ lookout deck which has great views of the Eiffel Tower at night; "lots" of nice resturants/ bars around the motel area; relaxed area with outside music playing around Motel; the staff were very nice allowing us to leave our luggage with them on the last day of our trip since we had a very late afternoon flight after checkout; beds were very comfortable; relaxing bar inside motel; open glass between bathroom/ bedroom was cool (Has blinds if you prefer to close the view). I would definitely stay at this motel again upon my return to Paris.

Paris Hotel ReviewPosted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: We loved the location & the hotel staff
Cons: The bathrooms. The showers were very impractical and ergonomically inferior. Hard to control flow & temperature of shower water.
Location: The hotel was one block from the Seine River and across the river from Notre Dame Cathedral and with in walking distance of the Louvre
The hotel staff was superb. They were so helpful, polite and accommodating.

excellent base for sightseeingPosted Apr 18, 2015
Recently modernised and although small rooms it was very good. We had a King bed. Perfect position for sightseeing and going out in the evenings. Fantastic roof garden with views to the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Couer. Very close to station. We didn't eat there so we can't comment on that.

Pros: I really liked the location.
Cons: Better explanation and pictures of the rooms on the website would be very helpful to those not familiar with hotel room sizes in Europe.
Location: There are loads of cafes closeby and great local shopping too (Celio, Eva, Stanbridge, etc.).
Overall, the location is the highlight of choosing this hotel. You are in the middle of everything or close to enough Metro lines to quickly (and cheaply) get anywhere you want to go. The rooms are SMALL. Nothing on the website prepares you for just how small the rooms are. It would be nice if they gave out measurements. Also, I didn't really like that we had to leave a key in a holder by the door to keep the lights on in the room. The room was clean, and staff did a good job with the daily cleaning. The front desk staff was hit or miss (happens everywhere) with some being friendlier than others. The bartender Andrew was awesome - very friendly and engaging. The rooftop bar is the second highlight of this hotel. You must go up to see the 360 degree view of the city in the day and at night. We would stay here again but would definitely need to know more about the "larger" rooms.

Comfortable Hotel - Good Location for MetroPosted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Location, Room, Housekeeping.
Cons: Happy Hour to include all drinks. Coffee served Hot.
Location: Location is near 2 or 3 Metro Stations, plenty of Restaurants and Cafes, Takeaways and small supermarkets. 5 mins to waterfront and bridges.
Basic comfortable stay in March 2015. Nice Room on 6th Floor with distance view of Eiffel Tower. Had a balcony which would be nice in Summer. Not much atmosphere. Small Bar Lounge always empty maybe because 2 small glasses of Lager came to a whopping 14 Euros. Thought they had a Happy Hour but apparently that only applied to Cocktails. Breakfast Room small and limited choice of hot food e.g. scrambled eggs every day, tinned or frozen mushrooms, baked beans, small sausages and frozen potato cakes. Bread seemed stale. Limited cold meats. Housekeeping was excellent with plenty supplies of toiletries. Would I return? Dont think so as this was our 1st visit to Paris therefore would try somewhere else.
