Golf lovers

Cons: uodating amenities. The gym is garbage. Old broken equipment
Location: Whatever you want
The hotel is nice. Nice location. Very good price. The staff on the golf course are pushy, so you need to tell them off your back. The WiFi in the room is weak signal. The shower works not well. the Safe Box is broken and never fix, even you say to them 10 times. Food in the restaurant is great, wine is great, servers are very very nice.

Older hotel/motel style in bad need of renovating

Very nice large rooms with kitchenette and king bed. Was clean but felt dirty because it's so old! Pool closed due to renovation so was very dissapointed no notice of that

Thanksgiving in Arizona

Pros: The location and the front desk staff, who were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Updating the rooms.
Location: We spent most of our time with family who live in Mesa, but we did go to the Superstition Springs Mall and a couple of other places.
We have stayed here several times before. usually around Thanksgiving. The staff is terrific! The rooms are looking a little rundown, and there was a smell of sewage in our bathroom, which we did report. They said they came, but the smell persisted. Other than that, it was fine.

Expected much better

Pros: The setting and location
Cons: Better room care and cleanliness.
Location: Location was convenient to our family residences.
We understood that, since we brought our dog, we wouldn't get the top room in the hotel. Our room hasn't seen shampoo in decades. The carpet was stained and the upholstery on the furniture was dirty and greasy. Our coffee maker had a broken part. I left it out on the counter for the maid service. They didn't replace it. We had one skinny disk of bath soap. After the 2nd day I went to the front desk for bath necessities. The beds? Meh.. Mattress was too soft for our taste. This place is in a beautiful setting. The hotel management needs to consider all guest facilities and rooms as if we are the best guests. Didn't feel that way at all. We felt like 2nd class citizens.

Good Place to Rest

Pros: The suite with double beds and a pull out sofa.
Cons: Staff could be more accommodating. It took over 30 minutes to check in to the resort. A lot of talking but not a lot of checking in guests.
Location: Location was a little on the not so nice side of Phoenix but easy to get to everywhere we needed to be.
Older facility but perfect for the weekend trip where we were not in the room very often. The beds were ok but the air conditioning was not the greatest. If it had been warmer it would have been a huge problem but because the temperatures had dropped the air was acceptable. TV's were complicated to use.

Close to all ammenities

Pros: The grounds! The buildings and conference rooms were very well maintained.
Cons: Upgrades to carpets, furniture and kitchen counters.
Location: This location is perfect as it's close to shopping, restaurants and golfing.
Friendly and helpful staff however; the rooms really need an upgrade. Our bed was falling apart, the underside of one of the chairs in living room looked as though it was falling off and the kitchen counter was really wobbly & shouldn't move at all.

Not Up to Par.

First room they put us in had cat pea on the floor and was inaccessible without taking a convoluted walk around the entire building. It was on the road and was clearly reserved for low price pause mg customers. Yes. They were apologetic and upgraded us to a suite at no charge. But had we been forced to stay in that one room, it would've been a nightmare vacation.

Not what I expected

The room we were in was just run down. Need a face lift for sure. The staff were friendly. Went into Annabella the onsite restaurant and it was understaff. Stood for bout 5mins and no one came to great or seat us.

Nice place to stay but..

Pros: Great location and cleanliness of room.
Cons: Do not charge your guests to print boarding passes, put a kiosk in the lobby and have it as an amenity.
Location: Convenient to main roads and restaurants/shopping.
Nice, spacious Cabana Suite with expected amenities. Upon check-in I was informed that a $60 advance "hold" was already placed on a credit card I had used to secure my reservation online, without be asked or notified. I was told this would stay on my card until 5-7 days after my departure.. REALLY, in this day and age you have to put a 5-7 days hold on a credit card, especially one that was not even approved to be charged to?? Upon departure I asked if there was a computer available to guests to print a boarding pass, I was told I would have to use the Business Center and pay.

loved my patio view of the golf course

rooms need to be freshened. details taken care of. door way trims need to be painted looks rough. tv. system stinks have to call desk for help. my sister found 2 cockroaches in her room. they need to redo the restaurant. food just ok quess that's why no one comes to it. I do like the location , beds very comfortable, do like the look of the buildings and fountains . employees are great. this was our 4th time staying .
