I do not like this hotel. It is on my blacklist. 1,there was insects on the pillow and in the bed. 2, airconditioner did not work well. 3, blanket is dirt, look like they are not washed. 4, dust can be seen almost everywhere. 5, there were strange sound at out side the door and neiborghing rooms, feeling unsafe. 6,etc.

Pet friendly yet no designated pet area. The entire area around the hotel has garbage and poop everywhere. Staff is fantastic! Clean your property!!! It is disgusting.

The staff at the front desk were super-helpful during check-out by telling me to avoid driving through the city that morning as there was a half-marathon going on and a lot of roads would be closed (and not indicated on Google Maps). They gave me a great alternate route to get on I-79, too, so big thumbs up to them!

This hotel is bit old but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their website shows that they offer coffee and grab and go breakfast but this is no longer true. Need to update website. You willl need to go out or bring food/coffee with you. But, there are plenty restaurants and coffee shops around.

The advertisement stated breakfast was available and it was not. The hotel had bedbugs which means it was unclean. It was a long uncomfortable nightmare

There is dog poop everywhere! I travel with a dog. There are no bags or areas designated for dogs. There is garbage everywhere around the property. Very dirty outside and disgusting.

When we first checked in and got into room it was freezing b/c window was broken and open. I got it closed enough to warm up the room but still a big gap I had to stuff a towel into. Online it said coffee/ breakfast. There was absolutely none of that not even a coffee pot in room. My wife had to go to front desk to ask for one along with creamer. Room was dingy and carpet was gross. Would definitely NOT stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone!

By far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Cockroaches, paint peeling, floors coming up, smells of cigarettes and decay encompass the entire hotel.

A disaster checking in. Front desk told me that Expedia didn’t send them the money for the cost off the room, so I had to pay twice for the room. I was told to contact Expedia to get my money back. There were a couple of cars in the back parking lot that had broken windows and looked like they were left there. The room smelled very strange musty like odor. The appliances were old and dirty/ rusty. We thought we were supposed to get a breakfast to go but only coffee. We asked and were told that it changed and management was looking at it. Stay on 9-9
There was no one in the check in office. Had to wait about 10 minutes. The hotel smelled of old grease and was generally dirty in all common areas. The floor in the room was extremely dirty and sticky. I took my shoes off and was barefoot and my feet were black. The faucter shower would not turn on so I had to clean my feet by showering instead of soaking them.

Could use some work
The hotel was over booked for 8 rooms by outside vendors. Luckily i got a room but it was not ready for 2 hours after check in time. So we had to hurry to get out the door to our show. The staff of 3 was very nice but over worked and short staffed. I was glad to see they still cleaned the room properly and did not rush through. The room was a place to sleep nothing special. The toilet did not flush properly luckily i was not there long.
