The place is located in a small area, rooms are about studio apartment size - a kitchenette with sink / microwave was in a very cramped space. For the cost per night it could have been better.

For the price it was a good Inn. Was greeted by a very friendly desk person. It is an older location and is the style where you park in front of room so expect vehicle noises. Room was clean. Bath towels were a little small and drain in tub was slow. Told staff about it when checking out and she apologized and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. It was a good overnight location for a Saturday night.

very nice rooms

Posted Jul 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
My family and I were very very surprised by the awesomeness of the room. It would be great for a family adventure. The only problem was once we took a shower. The drain stopped up and I feel like if you are going to have 2 queen beds then you should have 4 towels. Not two. The woman that checked us in was very nice but when my husband went to check us out the man wore no shirt. .which I feel was unprofessional. And he didn't want to hear that the drain was not working.

Good Value

Pros: Water pressure was excellent. Convenient location to the Sleep Country Amphitheatre.
Cons: A mirror in the main room would have been nice.
The room was small but clean. I liked the small kitchen area. This was unexpected but a nice surprise. Excellent water pressure in the shower!! Loved that! A good value for the low cost of the room.

It was horrible, room was dirty and the hotel employee at the counter was extremely rude. She shouldn't be working there.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Everything
At first we thought it was OK for a budget hotel. We checked in for a local concert and left our bags in the room. We left for an hour and came back to a flooded bathroom. We went to the front desk for help and were not met with a very friendly response. It seems to be a husband and wife team, and they were not very amused to have to help us in the evening hours. The man then began a plumbing project on the toilet. The whole bathroom was filled with water and wet hotel towels. After an hour, I asked if we could still use the bathroom and he said "No." I asked if they had a bathroom we could use at all and just got a quick "No." Really? No restroom facilities for us staying at your hotel, again, answered with a quick "No." Then, "we will give you a refund," and immediately left. Wow, just wow. In the morning, again, I was assured we would receive a refund. After weeks, we never received the refund. We contacted Expedia about the issue, and they attempted to contact the hotel owners with no response. Expedia finally gave up and eventually issued a refund. I'm pretty easy-going and don't expect a lot when I book a budget hotel, but this one is DEFINITELY one to stay away from!

Nice room-loud guests

Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: TV
Cons: most everything
Location: close to stores, cafes, events
I was looking forward to a nice quiet long weekend in Vancouver, WA. No such luck. The Inn at Salmon Creek has cute rooms and nice owner...but...the mattress was hard; no hot water in bathroom sink; uncomfortable pillows. The worst-the NOISE! Each night the "guests" next to me were so LOUD-arguing, slamming doors, driving in/out parking lot several times in un-muffled cars. I had no sleep. Nice price for room but waste of time.

Excellent Value Hotel

Posted Feb 12, 2014
Pros: Very clean. Desk clerk friendly and accommodating. Located close to restaurants and venue attended at the Salmon Creek United Methodist Church.
Cons: Harder beds and thicker blankets.
Cute clean rooms with kitchenettes at less than the price of an average room.
