Pros: Friendly and helpful staff

Location: South side of city - few other hotels
Nice, clean, friendly place to stay on the south side of Pueblo.

Thin Walls

I stay in a lot of hotels for business travel. This hotel has by far the worst walls ever. Steps on the floor sound like thunder, any bump or noise from your room and from other room’s travels. This place has to be the worst “decent” hotel I have ever been at. That is to say, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and really everything else about the location was fine. But those walls and floors are terrible. Enough that despite the price reduction in the area, I would have happily paid more to get the same room somewhere else without this problem. If on this trip I had been traveling alone, it would have been fine. But if you are traveling with someone or with your family, then I suggest going somewhere else and pay a little more.

Eat out or order room service

Pros: It was well kept and had a pleasant staff.
Cons: Microwaves and mini fridges in ALL rooms, not just suites.
I was surprised that the regular room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I have stayed at less expensive motels that offer those amenities. There was a microwave in the main lobby, but you had to turn your food as it was not equipped with a turntable. Also, it was kind of a hassle to not want the minimum order from room service with no way to refrigerate it; and to go to the lobby to use the microwave to make something small. The WiFi was ok, but frequently asked for the password to continue being online.

Rude as can be

I got there after booking months in advance to had a rude desk help tell me the 2 room i book 1 room was as i had ask for but the second room was not and when i asked why i got the answer there was nothing then could do for me then told me they could get a roll away in the room which i said was fine but i had to to ttake it to the room. i got it to the room and there was no place to put it this is the worse place ive seen run the way it does and i travel all year long as for staying there again ill sleep in my car.

Location: pretty close to Pueblo's happenings!
the place was fantastic....simple yet all the comfort that I need....I love the breakfasts!

Pros: Close off highway,clean and fairly priced.
Over all. I will not be able to use Expedia in the future. As I am a volunteer transporting animals to shelter for Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department, not paid...but do get a some reimbursement towards my overnite stay. BUt need a receipt and it cannot be thrid party! Who would think?
