very convenient to the airport

Had some difficulty getting the shuttle so took a cab to the hotel. Had to leave early in the morning and there was a shuttle available from 5am on.

One night in Rome

Pros: The room was very comfortable.
Cons: The staff and having a sign as to where you need to pick up the shuttle bus (as I walk right past it at the airport as there was no signage visible).
Location: If you are flying out the next night - then this is a good hotel due to the easy access to the airport.
If staying one night and you need a hotel - then this is the hotel to stay at - easy access to the airport (shuttle right outside the front door). There were a few issues - when I arrived and was provided my room key - when I went to the allocated room the key would not work - so I had to go back to the front desk and wait again in line for them to check the room key - after this we went back to the room (with a staff member) and the card key would not work for them either. I then had to wait for them to get me another room (wasn't long but was on the other side of the hotel). They tried the key and again it wouldn't work, they had to try it 3 times. I then went to dinner at the hotel and was sat outside - after the average meal, as I was sitting there, this little bug landed on the table (and then there were about 10 others, I hope none were in the meal), when I informed the waitress - she appeared surprised (I mean it is 9pm in 30 degree weather - how could you not assume there would be bugs - cause there was mosquitoes).

Nice hotel, food Ok, airport shuttle a disaster

The instruction for airport shuttle were not clear, called the hotel three times, not getting any help, took us more than an hour to make the 5k between airport and hotel.. Check-in was another debacle.. Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurant mediocre..

Great place to stay near airport

Pros: It was clean and in a great location.
We stayed here for one night prior to our departure from Fuimicino airport. We stayed in a family room which had a king size bed and then a sofa that turned into a king size bed. There was a door located between the rooms so you had privacy and there were 1.5 bathrooms which made getting ready in the morning a little quicker. Breakfast buffet was nice as was our dinner there the night before. There really is nothing else to do near the hotel so if you have a long layover, be prepared. A complimentary shuttle bus takes you to the airport but be prepared. Even though it's right next door, there are multiple stops along the way so it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport depending on your terminal. And you didn't hear a sound from the airport either which was great for sleeping.

Cons: Navette gratuite de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et vice versa
Location: Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter. On devrait repartir dès le lever.
Bon accueil et bons services. A recommander. La propreté et la courtoisie du personnel est impeccable.

over charges

Very disappointed with Hilton Garden Inn at Rome Airport. Although hotel was clean and attractive I would not stay there again. I was charged at the restaurant for drinks that I did not order. I was told at the time the over charges were removed but in fact they were not. Also, when I prepaid for the room through Expedia I received confirmation that the final charge included tax. When I checked in I was required to pay an additional room tax. The over charges were not huge, about one hundred dollars, but I feel totally taken advantage of. The charges did not show up on my check out statement. I only learned of the charges when I checked with my credit card company. As a single woman traveling alone, I expected better care from the Hilton Corporation.

Substandard. Worst stay in two weeks in Italy.

After previously losing the reservation, we arrived at 10 PM to no food availability. Restaurants closed, no room service, and enough pre-boxed food for one person, not two. For an airport hotel, that equals a one star facility.

Pros: エアポートシャトルで15-20分くらいで着くという立地だけです。
Cons: とにかく飯がまずい。どうかしています。
Location: 空港に近いだけ。
トランジットで宿泊しましたが、高すぎます。どうせあれだけ高いならHilton Garden InnではなくHiltonにすればよかったと思うくらいです。空港ではろくなご飯が食べれませんし、仕方ないからホテルのレストランで食べましたが、本当に心の底から不味かったです。どうやったらあんなにまずいピザができるのか理解不能です。立地だけで客が来るから努力もせずにぼったくっているとしか考えられません。往復タクシー代出してでもフィウミチーノの町中のホテルにして、イタリア最後の食事くらい美味しいレストランを探せばよかったと後悔しています。

Pros: Fairly new, nice restaurant, not too hard to get to from the airport
Cons: Everything is good.
Location: You must take a shuttle to the Garden Inn, but from the airport you can walk directly to the other Hilton.
Good experience overall, if you want to stay in the Hilton then there is another choice that can be reached by walking from the terminal.
